Kuhale su je moja baka i mama i svima nam je bila jedna od dra\u017eih juha.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ovo je ujedno i jedno od mojih prvih jela koje sam nau\u010dila spremati. Vjerujte mi, jako je jednostavno! Ono \u0161to mi je super je to \u0161to se svi sastojci stave u hladnu vodu i nakon pribli\u017eno sat vremena va\u0161a je juha gotova. Nema dinstanja luka ni zapr\u0161ke pa sam je davala i djeci \u010dim su krenuli s dohranom. Tada bi samo smanjila za\u010dine (sol i papar) i kasnije bi dosolila.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Osim polubi\u017ea, odnosno suhog gra\u0161ka, za juhu \u0107e vam trebati krumpir, mrkva i dva \u010de\u0161nja \u010de\u0161njaka, malo za\u010dina i maslinovo ulje. Pazite da se na zabunite da pa da ne uzmete zelenu le\u0107u umjesto gra\u0161ka (sli\u010dno izgledaju).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Va\u017eno je samo pripaziti na pjenicu koja \u0107e nastati kada voda zakuha, nju je potrebo maknuti. To je, u principu jedini posao koji \u0107e vas \u010dekati kod kuhanja juhe.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u010cesto mi ka\u017eete kako \u017eelite \u0161to vi\u0161e osnovnih i jednostavnih, svakodnevnih jela na blogu. Nadam se da \u0107e vam se ovo svidjeti jer ga svakako uvr\u0161tavam u tu kategoriju.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ujedno, ako \u017eelite gu\u0161\u0107u juhu stavite malo vi\u0161e polubi\u017ea, ako \u017eelite rije\u0111u smanjite malo koli\u010dinu. Ja je volim gu\u0161\u0107u i takvu uvijek radim, a da bi do\u0161la do idealnih mjera vagala sam sastojke nekoliko puta. Isto u\u010dinite i s mrkvom.<\/li>\n<li>U lonac ulijte 1,5 litru hladne vode i dodajte polubi\u017ee. Stavite na srednje jaku vatru dok voda ne zakuha, zatim odstranite pjenicu koja \u0107e se stvoriti.<\/li>\n<li>Sada dodajte krumpir i mrkvu nasjeckane na komadi\u0107e, dva \u010de\u0161nja \u010de\u0161njaka i za\u010dine (sol i papar). Poklopite lonac i smanjite vatru kako vam voda ne bi iskuhala.<\/li>\n<li>Nakon pola sata kuhanja dodajte maslinovo ulje. Nastavite kuhati jo\u0161 40-ak minuta, odnosno dok polubi\u017ei ne budu skuhani. U kuhanju \u0107e se raspasti pa \u0107e juha biti kremasta, ne trebate je miksati.<\/li>\n<li>Po potrebi dodatno za\u010dinite.<\/li>\n<li>Gotovu juhu po \u017eelji pospite tostiranim sezamom, crouton-ima i\/ili maslinovim uljem.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dobar tek!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ova jednostavna juha od polubi\u017ea se jako dugo sprema u mojoj obitelji.
