Nikad mi nije padalo na pamet da ih i sama poku\u0161am napraviti do nedavno. Djelovalo mi je zahtjevno, a ionako u du\u0107anima ima izbora na pretek pa \u0107emu onda raditi doma\u0107u varijatu i gnjaviti se s tim? Doma\u0107a varijata nema nikakve dodatke, a miris pe\u010denih keksi\u0107a je predivan, vjerujte mi. Iako su svi recepti jako sli\u010dni, postoji razlika. Isprobavanjem sam, naposljetku do\u0161la do ovog omjera i meni je idealan. Mekani su, nisu masni, ostaju svje\u017ei danima nakon \u0161to ih ispe\u010dete i predivno miri\u0161u, a \u0161to je nabolje trebat \u0107e vam najvi\u0161e pola sata da ih pripremite i ispe\u010dete. Zobene pahuljice usitnite u blenderu na manje komadi\u0107e.<\/li>\n<li>U posudi pomije\u0161ajte usitnjene pahuljice, bra\u0161no i pra\u0161ak za pecivo.<\/li>\n<li>Maslac sobne temperature mikserom umutite sa \u0161e\u0107erom (sme\u0111im i bijelim) pa uspite u posudu sa pahuljicama i bra\u0161nom.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte jaja pa mikserom na najlaganijem modu sjedinite smjesu.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte \u010dokoladne kapljice i umje\u0161ajte ih \u017elicom.<\/li>\n<li>Pleh oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje pa \u017elicom vadite smjesu i rukama rubove oblikujte u krug. Neka vam svi keksi\u0107i budu \u0161to sli\u010dnije veli\u010dine kako bi se jednako ispekli. Moji imaju oko 35 g svaki.<\/li>\n<li>Pecite ih 15-20 minuta, ovo ovisi o ja\u010dini va\u0161e pe\u0107nice. Ja svoje pe\u010dem to\u010dno 17 minuta, vama \u0107e mo\u017eda trebati manje ili koja minuta vi\u0161e. Kada vam keksi\u0107i po\u010dnu tamniti, onda su gotovi. Pazite da ih ne prepe\u010dete jer \u0107e biti suhi. Kada se ispe\u010du budu mekani pri vrhu, nemojte da vas to zavara, vodite se njihovom bojom. Zna\u0107i, \u010dim po\u010dnu tamniti to je to!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5>T I P S &amp; T R I C K S<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>\u010cokoladne kapljice mo\u017eete zamijeniti komadi\u0107ima \u010dokolade. Pripazite da komadi\u0107i ne budu preveliki jer \u0107e se rastopiti i iscuriti.<\/li>\n<li>Zobene kekse mo\u017eete raditi i s nekim od ora\u0161astih plodova poput mljevenih oraha. Koli\u010dinu zobenih pahuljica umanjite za koli\u010dinu oraha. Vodite ra\u010duna da zobenih pahuljica treba biti u ve\u0107em omjeru od oraha kako bi se zadr\u017eao okus.<\/li>\n<li>Ako volite hrskavije kekse dio zobenih pahuljica nemojte miksati nego ih ostavite u izvornoj veli\u010dini.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dobar tek!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Uvijek sam kupovala razne zobene kekse i bili su mi prefini.
