Sigurna sam da volite jednako kao i ja! Zato je ovaj kola\u010d savr\u0161en odabir. \u010cesto ga biram kad se za\u017eelim slatkog doru\u010dka i pripremim ga ve\u010der prije.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Osim u klasi\u010dnom obliku iz padele, mo\u017eete ga raditi i u obliku cupcake-ova. Izgledom su prekrasni, pogotovo uz citrusnu kremu. Kada budem radila ovakvu varijantu, nadodat \u0107u vam slike da vidite.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kako Grgo jako voli ovaj kola\u010d (\u010ditaj: Grgo voli mrkvu najvi\u0161e na svijetu), prilagodila sam oblik njegovim malenim ru\u010dicama, pa je moj kola\u010d pe\u010den u kvadratnom kalupu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ujedno, kola\u010d od jabuke i mrkve mo\u017eete raditi bez kreme, tada ga toplog samo pospite \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu. No, mo\u017eete napravti i \u010dokoladni ganache i preliti ga \u010dokoladom, divnog je okusa i takav. \u010cokolada se jako lijepo sla\u017ee s mekanom teksturom i blagim okusima biskvita. U tom slu\u010daju izlomite 150 g \u010dokolade za kuhanje koje prelijte sa 150 ml ugrijanog vrhnja za \u0161lag. Dobro mije\u0161ajte dok se \u010dokolada ne pove\u017ee i rastopi u potpunosti. Ja koristim onaj dimenzija 20 x 30 centimetara. Lim namastite i postavite papir za pe\u010denje na dno.<\/li>\n<li>Jabukama ogulite koru, a mrkvama odstranite vrhove i prvi (vanjski) sloj. Zatim ih naribajte na ribe\u017e.<\/li>\n<li>Jaja i \u0161e\u0107er pjenasto umutite.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte im aromu vanilije pa lagano dolijevajte ulje uz stalno miksanje.<\/li>\n<li>Bra\u0161nu dodajte pra\u0161ak za pecivo, sol i za\u010dine (cimet, anis i mu\u0161katni ora\u0161\u010di\u0107).<\/li>\n<li>Sada naizmjeni\u010dno dodajite bra\u0161no i naribanu mrkvu i jabuku smjesi jaja i \u0161e\u0107era. Mije\u0161ajte \u0161patulom dok se ne sjedini. Nemojte koristiti mikser.<\/li>\n<li>Dobivenu smjesu ulijte u pripremljeni lim i pecite 40-45 minuta ili kad vam zabodena \u010da\u010dkalica iza\u0111e suha.<\/li>\n<li>Dok se ispe\u010deni biskvit hladi, pripremit \u0107emo kremu.<\/li>\n<li>Sirni namaz, \u0161e\u0107er, sok i koricu limuna mikserom izradite u kremu.<\/li>\n<li>Kremu mo\u017eete nanijeti \u0161patulom ili slasti\u010darskom vre\u010dicom sa zvjezdastim nastavkom.
