Sastoji se od samo tri sastojska: jaja, bra\u0161na i \u0161e\u0107era.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Padi\u0161panj je pjenast, pun okusa i mirisa, divan starinski kola\u010d. Neobi\u010dno ime se u principu lako prevodi. Kruh iz \u0160panjolske &#8211; Pan di Spanja &#8211; Padi\u0161pan.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kada sam na instagramu objavila da \u0107u raditi padi\u0161panj, dosta vas mi se javilo s pri\u010dama o ovoj poslastici i hvala vam od srca na tome.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ovaj kola\u010d je u pro\u0161losti bio serviran kao vjen\u010dana torta i slu\u017eio se na proslavama vjen\u010danja. Radio se i za razne druge prigode poput ro\u0111enja, kr\u0161tenja i sl. Namirnice za njegovu izradu je bilo jedostavno nabaviti pa je bio dostupan \u0161irem stanovni\u0161tvu. Padi\u0161panj se tako pro\u0161irio me\u0111u ljudima koji su ga obo\u017eavali.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tradicionalno bi se pekao u te\u010di koja bi se dobro namastila. Ja nemam tako staru te\u010du pa sam ga pekla u kalupu za tortu promjera 26 cm.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Prije nego krenemo na recept, htjela bi vam napomenuti jo\u0161 par sitnica. U originalni recept za padi\u0161panj ne ide pra\u0161ak za pecivo, stoga je jako bitno da prilikom miksanja i mije\u0161anja ostane dovoljno zraka u smjesi. To \u0107ete napraviti tako da bjelanjke pjenasto tu\u010dete sa \u0161e\u0107erom jako dugo, dok ne postanu bijeli i prozra\u010dni. Ovaj korak se radi ru\u010dno pjenja\u010dom i treba vam 30-35 minuta. Ja sam koristila mikser i miksala sam punih 25 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ujedno, za\u010dine mo\u017eete stavljati, ali i ne morate. Ovisi o vama. Ja volim nadodati malo korice od limuna. Netko tako\u0111er stavlja komadi\u0107e suhog vo\u0107a. Padi\u0161panj mo\u017eete raditi s razli\u010ditim brojem jaja, ovisno koliki kola\u010d \u017eelite dobiti. Pravilo je jednostavno &#8211; koliko jaja, toliko \u017elica \u0161e\u0107era i toliko \u017elica bra\u0161na. Potrebno je prilagoditi veli\u010dinu kalupa i du\u017einu pe\u010denja (pod tips i tricks sam vam napisala ostatak).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Neki od vas su mi napisali da je ovo kola\u010d iz djetinjstva njihovih roditelja i da \u0107ete ga raditi kako bi ih iznenadili. Potpuno ste me odu\u0161evili s ovim, ali mi i dali jednu ideju. Naime, moja baka je bila vrsna kuharica i sva tradicionakna jela su bila na na\u0161em stolu, ali se ovoga ne sje\u0107am. Vjerujem kako je ovo radila u doba neima\u0161tine, jer kada smo mi malo porasli bila su puno bolja vremena od onih njihovih, bolja u smislu dostupnosti namirnica, pa smo mi jeli slastice s orasima, bajamima, kremama i sli\u010dno.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Uglavnom, napravila sam padi\u0161panj i odnijela ga ocu. Stavila mu fetu na pijat&#8230;. a on mi ka\u017ee: Ajme \u0107eri, pa ja se ovoga si\u0107an! Ovo ti je baba radila! Imal\u2019 jo\u0161?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mislim da mi je njegova re\u010denica opisala razlog moje ljubavi prema gastronomiji i ljubavi prema blogu&#8230; hrana je emocija i hrana je uspomena. A kada se dijeli onda je i sre\u0107a.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Izme\u0111u svih va\u0161ih poruka za padi\u0161panj bila je i ona od drage Mery koja mi je opisala padi\u0161panj \u010dasnih sestara benediktinki koje ga rade s dodatkom anisa. Probala sam dodati malo tog za\u010dina i totano me odu\u0161evio. Neka vam budu bijeli i pjenasti.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu ugrijte na 150 stupnjeva.<\/li>\n<li>Bjelanjcima dodate prstohvat soli pa ih stucite u \u010dvrsti snijeg.<\/li>\n<li>Bra\u0161no prosijte i dodajte mu sve za\u010dine (koricu limuna i mljeveni anis).<\/li>\n<li>Postepeno dodajte snijeg od bjelanjaka i bra\u0161no. Umije\u0161ajte kuha\u010dom. Nemojte koristiti mikser. Mije\u0161ajte postepeno, laganim pokretima u istom smjeru(gore dolje). Bitno je da ne izbacite zrak iz smjese. Nemojte predugo mije\u0161ati, samo dok ne umije\u0161ate.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu izlite u pripremljen kalup i pecite 45 minuta. Provjerite \u010da\u010dkaliom da je sredina suha, pa ga izvadite da se ohladi.<\/li>\n<li>Ohla\u0111eni padi\u0161panj pospite \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu i ribanom koricom limuna.<\/li>\n<li>Padi\u0161panj \u0107e vam biti mekan narednih 4-5 dana.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>TIPS &amp; TRICKS<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Padi\u0161panj mo\u017eete raditi od manje ili vi\u0161e jaja. Ako \u0107ete ga raditi od 3 jaja, 3 \u017elice bra\u0161na i 3 \u017elice \u0161e\u0107era, pecite ga u kalupu promjera 18 centimerata 20-ak minuta. Ovo vam mo\u017ee biti idealan doru\u010dak u nedjeljna ki\u0161na jutra. Mo\u017eete ga raditi i s 10 jaja, 10 \u017elica bra\u0161na i 10 \u017elica \u0161e\u0107era, tada ga pecite u kalupu od 30 centimetara oko 1 sat, 1 sat i 5 minuta.<\/li>\n<li>Pazite da vam pe\u0107nica nije pregijana (150 stupnjeva je dovoljno) jer vam se padi\u0161panj mo\u017ee napuhati pa pasti ( provjereno znam).<\/li>\n<li>Ako ste ljubitelj vanilije, dodajte aromu vanilije u \u017eumanjke i \u0161e\u0107er pa ih takve miksajte.<\/li>\n<li>Ako \u017eelite pe\u0107i padi\u0161panj na tradicionalan na\u010din u starinskoj te\u010di, tada je dobro namstite. Kada je padi\u0161panj pe\u010den okrenite te\u010du naopako, neka se malo okladi pa dno te\u010de udrite dlanom nekoliko puta.
