Ja sam postala pravi zaljubljenik u pekarstvo i tijesta. Obo\u017eavam miris dizanog tijesta, cijeli proces njegove izrade i na kraju, naravno, prekrasan, doma\u0107i i mirisni proizvod.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kruhovi mi imaju posebno mjesto u gastronomiji. Ovih dana sam im se odlu\u010dila posvetiti malo intezivnije i otkriti \u0161to vi\u0161e o njima. Kako budem kora\u010dala tim misti\u010dnim svijetom tijesta, tako \u0107u i vas upoznavati s njima.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Vjerujem da je izrada tijesta ne\u0161to \u0161to je svaku doma\u0107icu pomalo mu\u010dilo i s \u010dim nije bila najsigurnija. Mene zasigurno je! Iako, bitno je samo krenuti i nai\u0107i na dobar recept i par trikova. I to je sve \u0161to vam treba za po\u010detak!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Danas sam radila jedan od mojih omiljenih kruhova. Aromati\u010dni kruh u loncu za cvije\u0107e. Osim \u0161to super izgleda kada ga tako servirate, jako je ukusan i mekan. Ovaj kruh je idealan za sve vrste narezaka, ali i za fine umake ili pe\u010deno meso.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u0160to se ti\u010de za\u010dina, meni je kombinacija ru\u017emarina, kopra i \u010de\u0161njaka najdra\u017ea. Vi mo\u017eete nadodati za\u010dine po \u017eelji, poput anisa, komora\u010da i sl.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Glineni lon\u010di\u0107i za cvije\u0107e mogu izdr\u017eati visoke temperature i bez straha ih mo\u017eete staviti u pe\u0107nicu, jednako kao i glineno posu\u0111e za kuhanje. No, ako se odlu\u010dite za druge varijante, ovaj kruh uvijek mo\u017eete pe\u0107i u kalupu po izboru ili napraviti manje kru\u0161\u010di\u0107e. Drvenom kuha\u010dom dobro promije\u0161ajte, zatim pokrijte krpom i ostavite na toplom 15-ak minuta kako bi vam kvasac narastao.<\/li>\n<li>Maslac rastopite u manjem lon\u010di\u0107u i stavite ga po strani. \u010ce\u0161njak iskidajte na sitne komadi\u0107e. Ru\u017emarin operite pa mu odvojite listi\u0107e od gran\u010dice. Listi\u0107e tako\u0111er usitnite no\u017eem. U zasebnoj posudi razmutite jaja, dodajte im rastopljeni maslac, nasjeckani \u010de\u0161njak i ru\u017emarin, sol, mu\u0161katni ora\u0161\u010di\u0107 i kopar.<\/li>\n<li>Bra\u0161no prosijte i stavite u posudu u kojoj \u0107ete zamijesiti tijesto. Dodajte mu uzdigli kvasac i smjesu jaja sa za\u010dinima. Zamijesite tijesto.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto \u0107e vam se brzo zamijesiti ( 5 minuta \u0107e biti dovoljno da se smjesa pove\u017ee i postane kompaktna). Tijesto prebacite na pobra\u0161njenu radnu plohu te ga umijesite do kraja (dok ne postane glatko i svileno te se prstane lijepiti za ruke).<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto pokrijte i pustite da odmori pola sata.<\/li>\n<li>Nakon \u0161to je tijesto odmorilo, podijelite ga na dva jednaka dijela, svaki dio stavite u lonac za cvije\u0107e pa ih ponovo pokrite i pustite da odmore dodatnih 20 minuta. Po \u017eelji vrh tijesta pospite komadi\u0107ima ru\u017emarina i mljevenim koprom.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu ugrijte na 190 stupnjeva.<\/li>\n<li>\u010ca\u0161u vode polijte po dnu ugrijane pe\u0107nice pa stavite pe\u0107i oba lonca za cvije\u0107e s kruhom. Kruh pecite 40 minuta, odnosno dok ne dobije lijepu rumenu koricu.<\/li>\n<li>Kada je pe\u010den, kruh prema\u017eite rastopljenim maslacom pa pustite da se ohladi u loncu prije poslu\u017eivanja.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>TIPS &amp; TRICKS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maslac nemoj zagrijati do vrenja, kada se krene topiti maknite ga s vatre i pustite da se otopi do kraja.<\/li>\n<li>Ako \u0107ete raditi manje kru\u0161\u010di\u0107e, pecite ih 20-ak minuta, odnosno dok ne dobiju lijepu rumenu koricu. Prema\u017eite ih maslacem i pokrijte (omotajte \u010distom kuhinjskom krpom) dok se hlade.<\/li>\n<li>Ako vam kvasac nije narastao, ponovite postupak s novim. Pazite da vam: mlijeko bude mlako (ne hladno i ne vrelo), da stavite \u0161e\u0107er, da stavite bra\u0161no, da razmrvite i dobro izmje\u0161ate kvasac, da ga mije\u0161ate drvenom \u017elicom ( kvasac se u dodiru s metalom mo\u017ee ne procesuirati), da pokrijete posudu, da posudu dr\u017eite na toplom, da kvascu date vremena (10-15 minuta najmanje) da naraste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dobar tek!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Volite li pe\u0107i kruh?
