Suhe keksi\u0107e od prhkog tijesta posute \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu, one koji se tope u ustima. Ja ih jako volim i jedni su mi od omiljenih na listi suhih keksi\u0107a, ba\u0161 zbog te svoje mekanosti i rahlosti.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kada sam prvi put radila kiflice, po receptu moje mame, o\u010dekivala sam lak\u0161i posao nego na \u0161to sam nai\u0161la. Da se razumijemo, jednostavno ih je napraviti, ali su malo &#8220;pepave&#8221;. Znaju se lomiti i izgubila sam malo vremena dok sam ih oblikovala, ali vrijedne su svakog truda.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nema smisla da vam o njima pi\u0161em previ\u0161e, dobro su znane izgledom i okusom. Maslac iskidajte na listove pa ga hladnog dodajte bra\u0161nu.<\/li>\n<li>Rukama ga umrvite u smjesu bra\u0161na i ostalih sastojaka sve dok vam tijesto ne poprimi mrvi\u010dasti izgled.<\/li>\n<li>Sada dodajte jaje i umjesite tijesto. Ako vam se ne povezuje dodajte malo mlijeka, ako vam se previ\u0161e lijepi za dlanove dodajte malo bra\u0161na. Nemojte pretjerivati s nijednim dodavanjem.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto mo\u017eete zamotati u prozirnoj foliji i malo ohladiti u hladnjaku. Ja prhka tijesta ohladim najmanje sat vremena prije daljnje upotrebe, lak\u0161e \u0107ete rukovati s njima.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu ugrijte na 170 stupnjeva, a lim za pe\u010denje oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Odlomite komad tijesta, oblikujte ga na radnoj podlozi tako da ga prstima rolate u oblik cijev\u010dice, potom oblikujte slovo U i poslo\u017eite na lim. Nastojte imati jednako debela i duga slova, odnosno kiflice.<\/li>\n<li>Kada ste kiflice poslo\u017eili na pripremljen lim, pecite ih 10 minuta, odnosno dok lagano ne porumene. Pazite da ih ne prepe\u010dete.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u010dene vanil kiflice oprezno prebacite na re\u0161etku za hla\u0111enje.
