Bor i svje\u0107ice, otvaranje poklona, toplina doma i miris svje\u017ee pe\u010denih fritula. Jel&#8217; i kod vas tradicija da se rade fritule?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nama bi ih uvijek radila baka. Radila bi one starinske, koje se di\u017eu satima. Ponekad bi ih radila i na Badnjak nave\u010der i za Bo\u017ei\u0107. Zadnjih godina sam preuzela tu tradiciju i \u017eelim je prenijeti svojoj obitelji. Razlika je \u0161to sam se ja odlu\u010dila za brze fritule. Osim \u0161to su za tren gotove,a ja se stignem posvetiti obitelji, ujedno su i jako mekane i pre ukusne.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Znam da postoji mnogo recepata za brze fitule i da su svi sli\u010dni. Ja sam do ovih omjera do\u0161la isprobavanjem razli\u010ditih recepata i meni je idealan.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ako nemate svoj omiljeni recept za fritule, svakako probajte ovaj moj, vjerujem da \u0107ete biti zadovoljni.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>No, prije nego krenemo na samu pripremu, bitno je znati kako ih pe\u010di. Koristite lonac s debljim dnom i neka vam ulja bude toliko da fritule mogu slobodno plivati bez da dodiruju dno. Ulje treba biti dovoljno ugrijano. Ovo \u0107ete najlak\u0161e provjeriti starim bakinim savjetom s drvenom \u017elicom. Vrh drvene \u017elice uronite u ulje i ako primjetite malene mjehuri\u0107e oko \u017elice to je to, ulje je spremno! Vatru je potrebno smanjiti na laganu i mo\u017eete kreniti s fritulma.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A, znate li kako fritule stavljati u ulje? Napisati \u0107u vam tri na\u010dina, a vi se odlu\u010dite za onaj koji vam djeluje najbolji.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Uzmite dvije \u017eli\u010dice. Jednu \u017eli\u010dicu uronite u vru\u0107e ulje kako bi se zagrijala. S njom zagrabite tijesto pa je prinesite povi\u0161e lonca s uljem. Drugom \u017eli\u010dicom lagano &#8220;gurnite&#8221; tijesto u ulje. Svaki put \u017eli\u010dicu s kojom grabite tijesto uronite u ulje.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto stavite na dlan i zatvorite \u0161aku. Kako lagano stisnete prste tako \u0107e dio tijesta iza\u0107i na vrh (izme\u0111u ka\u017eiprsta i palca), \u017eli\u010dicom ga samo pokupite i &#8220;bacite&#8221; u ulje.<\/li>\n<li>Tre\u0107i na\u010din je da tijesto stavite u slasti\u010darsku vre\u010dicu (ili onu za zamrzavanje) pa joj otkidate dno. Da ponovimo, ulja treba biti da fritule slobodno plivaju. Trebate ugrijati ulje da se stavarju mjehuri\u0107i na uronjenoj drvenoj \u017elici, pa potom smanjite vatru na laganu.<\/li>\n<li>Mikserom izradite jaja, \u0161e\u0107er, jogurt aromu vanilije, koricu limuna i rakiju. Dodajte bra\u0161no,pra\u0161ak za pecivo i sol pa sve sjedinite kratko mikserom.<\/li>\n<li>Gotovo tijesto stavljajte u ulje jednom od gore napisanih metoda. Ja se koristim dvjema \u017eli\u010dicama. Ako \u017eelite izgled loptica koristite slasti\u010darsku vre\u0107icu.<\/li>\n<li>Pazite da ne prepunite lonac s fritulama kako bi im ostavili dovoljno mjesta da narastu. Fritule okrenite nekoliko puta kako bi se sa obje strane jedno ispekle.<\/li>\n<li>Fritule pecite nekoliko minuta, odnosno dok ne poprime lijepu rumenu boju.<\/li>\n<li>Ispe\u010dene fritule stavite u posudu prekrivenu kuhinjskim papirom kako bi se ocijedio vi\u0161ak masno\u0107e.<\/li>\n<li>Jo\u0161 tople fritule pospite \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dobar tek!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bo\u017ei\u0107no jutro mi je jedno od najdra\u017eih.
