Mislim da ne postoji osoba koja nije \u010dula za njih. Rade se u vrijeme Bo\u017ei\u0107a i sastavni su dio blagdanskog stola.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Osim za vrijeme blagdana, mo\u017eete ih raditi u bilo koje doba godine. Za njihovu izradu \u0107e vam trebati kalupi\u0107i koji imaju dio za utisnuti u sredini, iako se mo\u017eete i sami poslu\u017eiti s nekim malim kalupom. Ja koristim dva klasi\u010dna i svaki punim s drugim pekmezom. Najljep\u0161i su mi upravo ovakvi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Imate li vi svoj omiljeni kalup za linzere? Moj sin ih jako voli i uvijek ih radim u duploj dozi, pogotovo otkad je on samostalno krenuo jesti i otkrvati razne okuse. U receptu vam pi\u0161em mjeru za jednu standardnu dozu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Da vam jo\u0161 napi\u0161em, ja ih radim s mljevenim lje\u0161njacima, uistinu su mi najljep\u0161i takvi, iako ih mo\u017eete raditi s bilo kojim ora\u0161astim plodovima koje volite. Divni su i s bademima tako\u0111er, ovisi o vama \u0161to \u0107ete koristiti. Pripremite lim za pe\u010denje i na njega stavite papir za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Prosijanom bra\u0161nu dodajte mljevene lje\u0161njake, prstohvat soli, \u0161e\u0107er u prahu i vanilin \u0161e\u0107er. Promije\u0161ajte sastojke.<\/li>\n<li>Maslac iskidajte na komadi\u0107e (neka bude hladan) pa ga dodajte smjesi bra\u0161na i ostalih sastojaka. Umje\u0161ajte ga tako da ga utrljavate prstima dok ne dobijete smjesu nalik pijesku i dok sav maslac ne umrvite.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte dva \u017eumanjka i zamijesite tijesto. Ako vam je puno ljepljivo dodajte malo bra\u0161na (ne bi trebalo biti).<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto razvaljajte na pobra\u0161njenoj podlozi. Neka vam bude debelo oko 3 milimetra. (Prhka tijesta se najlak\u0161e valjaju na masnom papiru koji ste lagano pobra\u0161nili).<\/li>\n<li>Kalupi\u0107ima utisnite \u017eeljene oblike pa ih gusto slo\u017eite na lim. (Ovi keksi\u0107i ne\u0107e rasti u pe\u010denju\u00a0pa ne morate raditi ve\u0107e razmake).<\/li>\n<li>Pecite ih izme\u0111u 8-10 minuta ( du\u017eina pe\u010denja ovisi o va\u0161oj pe\u0107nici i samoj debljini tijesta). Vodite ra\u010duna da vam keksi\u0107i ne porumene puno, trebaju ostati bijeli.<\/li>\n<li>Ispe\u010dene keksi\u0107e ostavite da se ohlade.<\/li>\n<li>One polovice keksi\u0107a koje imaju utisnutu rupu u sredini pospite \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu.<\/li>\n<li>Donji keksi\u0107 prema\u017eite pekmezom po \u017eelji ( ja sam koristila doma\u0107i <span style=\"color: #ffcc00;\"><a style=\"color: #ffcc00;\" href=\"http:\/\/bakeme.com.hr\/pekmez-od-marelice\/\">pekmez od marelice<\/a><\/span> i pekmez od \u0161ljiva) pa ih preklopite polovicom s utisnutom rupom.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dobar tek!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Linzeri su predivni, maleni, prhki keksi\u0107i punjeni pekmezom.
