Vrijeme je za pripremu bo\u017ei\u010dnih keksi\u0107a, jedni od neizostavnih su i raspucanci. Radim ih uglavnom dva puta, jer rijetko kada do\u010dekaju Bo\u017ei\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Osim \u0161to su jednostavni, jako su lijepi. Oni mi se obavezno nalaze u staklenim posudama za kekse, da se vide iz vitrine. Postoji nekoliko razli\u010ditih vrsta raspucanaca koje jako volim, jedni su od limuna, jedni s dodatkom mente itd. Ali, prvi na redu i na blogu su ovi klasi\u010dni, \u010dokoladni.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>S njima sam se prvi put susrela kada su u pitanju raspucanci, a i oni su mi najljep\u0161e pro\u0161arani s ovim pukotinama na sebi. Znate li \u0161to ih \u010dini raspucanima? \u0160e\u0107er u prahu. Kuglice tijesta se uvaljaju prije pe\u010denja. Neka vam se malo ohladi.<\/li>\n<li>Jaja, \u0161e\u0107er i vanilij \u0161e\u0107er pjenasto izradite. Dodajte im maslac sobne temperature i otopljenu \u010dokoladu. Sve pove\u017eite mikserom.<\/li>\n<li>U zasebnoj posudi pomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no koje ste prethodno prosijali, pra\u0161ak za pecivo i prstohvat soli.<\/li>\n<li>Polako dodajite smjesi jaja, \u0161e\u0107era, maslaca i \u010dokolade. Cijelo vrijeme miksajte na laganoj brzini.<\/li>\n<li>Kada sve sastojke povezali i dobili jednoli\u010dno tijesto, pokrijte ga i spremite u hladnjak na dva sata.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu ugrijte na 180 stupnjeva. Pripremite dva lima za pe\u010denje koja ste oblo\u017eili papirom za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>U posudu stavite \u0161e\u0107er u prahu (u njega \u0107ete valjati kuglice)<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto vadite \u017eli\u010dicom, neka vam bude veli\u010dine oraha. Rukama oblikujte kuglicu. Oblikovanu kuglicu uvaljajte u \u0161e\u0107er u prahu. Uvaljanu kuglicu potom prebacite na lim za pe\u010denje.\u00a0Sla\u017eite ih paze\u0107i da ostavite razmak izme\u0111u svake.<\/li>\n<li>Pecite ih 10-ak minuta.<\/li>\n<li>Ohla\u0111ene keksi\u0107e spremite u kutiju za kekse i potro\u0161te unutar 14 dana.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dobar tek!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jo\u0161 12 dana do Bo\u017ei\u0107a!
