Pripremite tri kalupa za tortu promjera 18 centimetara. Izre\u017eite papir za pe\u010denje u obliku kalupa pa ga postavite na dno.<\/li>\n<li>U posudu pomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no, pra\u0161ak za pecivo, cimet i mu\u0161katni ora\u0161\u010di\u0107.<\/li>\n<li>U zasebnoj posudi pjenasto izradite maslac i \u0161e\u0107er. Dodajte im aromu vanilije pa umije\u0161ajte jaja dodavaju\u0107i jedno po jedno.<\/li>\n<li>Sada dodajte polovinu bra\u0161na. Mikserom pove\u017eite sastojke pa dodajte Somersby jabuku i mlijeko.<\/li>\n<li>Sve sjedinite mikserom, dodajte preostalo bra\u0161no pa i njega umije\u0161ajte u smjesu.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Smjesu ravnomjerno podijelite u tri kalupa. Pecite ih 20-25 minuta, odnosno dok \u010da\u010dkalica koju ste uboli u sredinu biskvita ne iza\u0111e suha.<\/li>\n<li>Biskvite izvadite na re\u0161etku i pustite da se ohlade.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Kada je biskvit pripremljen, vrijeme je za kremu.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pjenasto izradite maslac i \u0161e\u0107er u prahu.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte im mascarpone, koricu i sok limuna pa mikserom sve dobro pove\u017eite.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Preostaje nam jo\u0161 samo karamel.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Maslac iskidajte na manje kockice i pripremite vrhnje za \u0161lag.<\/li>\n<li>\u0160e\u0107er stavite u manji lonac s debelim dnom, neka vam vatra bude srednje jaka.<\/li>\n<li>Kada se \u0161e\u0107er krene topiti oko rubova lonca, smanjite vatru na najlaganije.<\/li>\n<li>Lonac sa \u0161e\u0107erom lagano protresite kako bi se \u0161e\u0107er lak\u0161e otopio, nemojte mije\u0161ati.<\/li>\n<li>Kada je \u0161e\u0107er otopljen i lijepe sme\u0111e boje (pazite da vam ne zagori) tada dodajte kockicu po kockicu maslaca i lagano pomije\u0161ajte da se sve pove\u017ee.<\/li>\n<li>Na kraju postepeno dolijevajte vrhnje za \u0161lag uz stalno mije\u0161anje.<\/li>\n<li>Karamel ostavite sa strane da se ohladi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>SLAGANJE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Na pladanj za poslu\u017eivanje torte postavite biskvit.<\/li>\n<li>Kremu od mascarponea podijelite na tri jednaka dijela. Jednim dijelom prema\u017eite biskvit.<\/li>\n<li>Postavite drugi biskvit tako da mu ona strana koja je za vrijeme pe\u010denja bila donja, na torti bude gornja strana biskvita.<\/li>\n<li>Biskvit prema\u017eite drugom polovicom kreme.<\/li>\n<li>Postavite tre\u0107i biskvit jednako kao i drugi (donja strana ide gore) pa cijelu tortu prema\u017eite kremom.<\/li>\n<li>Tortu prelijte ohla\u0111enim karamelom tako da ga izlijete po vrhu torte i pustite da se sam prelije po stranicama.<\/li>\n<li>Pladanj za poslu\u017eivanje mo\u017eete lagano okretati pod blagim kutom kako bi se karamel ravnomjerno razlio na sve strane torte.<\/li>\n<li>Tortu dodatno ukrasite po \u017eelji.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Dobar tek!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ako ste u potrazi za savr\u0161enom zimskom tortom onda je ovo idealan odabir.
