Jel&#8217; volite topli i mirisni kruh? Meni je uz njega sve ljep\u0161e i ukusnije.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Za vrijeme blagdana sam toliko posve\u0107ena izradi keksi\u0107a, obiteljskih jela i sl. da kruh zanemarim. Ove godine sam odlu\u010dila napraviti suprotno. Brzi kru\u0161\u010di\u0107i \u0107e ih sve odu\u0161eviti, sigurna sam.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mo\u017eete ih raditi u rustikalnoj varijanti ili ih jednostavno posuti sjemenkama. Za rustikalnu varijantu vam treba \u017eilet i bra\u0161no. Formirane kru\u0161\u010di\u0107e dobro pospite bra\u0161nom i zare\u017eite \u017eiletom. Drvenom kuhinjskom \u017elicom promije\u0161ajte i poklopite posudu. Ostavite da se kvasac di\u017ee na toplom nekih 10-15 minuta.<\/li>\n<li>Maslac rastopite na vatri i ostavite po strani da se ohladi.<\/li>\n<li>U zasebnoj zdjeli pomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no i sol. Dodajte im mlijeko, ostatak mlake (ne vrele) vode, otopljeni maslac i dignuti kvasac.<\/li>\n<li>Kuhinjskom \u017elicom sve pove\u017eite. Tijesto prebacite na lagano pobra\u0161njenu podlogu i zamijesite ga dok ne bude glatko. Trebat \u0107e vam 5 minuta. Dodajte malo bra\u0161na po potrebi.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu ugrijte na 200 stupnjeva. U dublju padelu ulijte vodu i postavite je na dno pe\u0107nice. Neka padela isparava cijelo vrijeme dok pe\u010dete kru\u0161\u010di\u0107e. Pripremite lim za pe\u010denje na koji postavite papir za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto podijelite na 8 ve\u0107ih ili 12 manjih komada. Oblikujte kuglice.<\/li>\n<li>Za rustikalni izgled, svaku lopticu dobro pospite bra\u0161nom sa svih strana. \u017diletom oprezno ukrasite povr\u0161inu kru\u0161\u010di\u0107a tako da zare\u017eete u \u017eeljeni oblik. Ja sam ove kru\u0161\u010di\u0107e ukrasila re\u0161etkom.<\/li>\n<li>Ako \u017eelite kru\u0161\u010di\u0107e posute sjemenkama, tada svaku kuglice prema\u017eite vodom i pospite sjemenkama.<\/li>\n<li>Kuglice tijesta poslo\u017eite na lim paze\u0107i na razmak izme\u0111u svake. Pokrijte ih kuhinjskom krpom i ostavite 20 minuta da odmore.<\/li>\n<li>Pecite ih 25-30 minuta ili dok ne poprime lijepu rumenu boju.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u010dene kru\u0161\u010di\u0107e zamotajte u kuhinjsku krpu dok se ne ohlade.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>TIPS &amp; TRICKS<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Kru\u0161\u010di\u0107e mo\u017eete raditi i u zdravijoj varijanti tako da koristite dvije vrste bra\u0161na. Ja sam radila kru\u0161\u010di\u0107e od bra\u0161na sikavice i polubijelog bra\u0161na.
