Ime za drvo kakaovac je Theobroma cacao, odnosno &#8220;hrana za bogove&#8221;, s \u010dime se, sigurna sam svi sla\u017eemo. Jer, tko ne voli \u010dokoladu?<\/p>\n<p>Ova \u201ehrana za bogove\u201c ima daleku povijest, postojala je jo\u0161 za vrijeme Maja. Oni su je koristili za napitak, ali i kao darove za vrijeme proslava. Tako\u0111er im je slu\u017eila i kao na\u010din pla\u010danja, vrijedila im je kao i zlato.<\/p>\n<p>Ako ste mislili da je \u010dokolada komplicirana za izradu, moram vas razuvjeriti.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cokolada se, kako smo ve\u0107 i spomenuli sastoji od zrna kakaa. Za njenu izradu \u0107e nam trebati kakaov maslac. To je na\u0161 prvi sastojak. Njegova stabilna kristalna struktura je idealna za pripremu \u010dokolade.<\/p>\n<p>Koristit \u0107emo i kakao u prahu. Sirovi kakao ima okus crne gorke \u010dokolade, djeluje kao antioksidans i pun je minerala. Divnog je mirisa i bogatog \u010dokoladnog okusa. Znate li kako se dobije pravi, organski kakao prah (zvan i kakaovac)? Hladnim pre\u0161anjem se iz zrna kakaa dobije ulje. Nakon \u0161to se izvadi ulje iz zrna, ostaje nam gusta suha smjesa. Ona se melje u suhi prah koji nazivamo kakao.<\/p>\n<p>Zadnji sastojak na\u0161e \u010dokolade je \u0161e\u0107er. Savjetujem da koristite kokosov \u0161e\u0107er zbog niskog glikemijskog indeksa, mno\u0161tva aminokiselina i minerala. Ako koristite kokosov \u0161e\u0107er prvo ga sameljite (ako nemate mlinac, mo\u017eete koristiti blender).<\/li>\n<li>Otopljeni kakaov maslac, kakao u prahu i mljeveni \u0161e\u0107er \u00a0stavite u blender. Blendajte na najja\u010doj brzini dvije minute, odnosno dok se ne rastope svi sastojci i pove\u017eu.<\/li>\n<li>\u010cokoladu prebacite u kalupi\u0107e po va\u0161oj \u017eelji i ohladite u hladnjaku na najmanje 1 h.<\/li>\n<li>Va\u0161a \u010dokolada je nakon hla\u0111enja spremna za upotrebu.<\/li>\n<li>Ovako pripremljena vam mo\u017ee trajati do godine dana.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>TIPS &amp; TRICKS<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Ako nemate kalupi\u0107e za \u010dokoladu, mo\u017eete se poslu\u0111iti silikonskim kalupi\u0107ima za kekse ili \u010dokoladu izliti u manji lim oblo\u017een papirom za pe\u010denje.
