Te\u017eina bjelanjka za jaje M veli\u010dine je 30-35 grama. Koristite jaje iz provjerenog uzgoja.<\/li>\n<li>Mikserom stucite jaja u snijeg.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte im sok limuna. Postepeno dodavajte \u0161e\u0107er uz stalno mije\u0161anje.<\/li>\n<li>Provjeravajte gusto\u0107u glazure.<\/li>\n<li>Ako vam se glazura \u010dini gusta, dodajte koju kap vode, ako vam se \u010dini rjetka, dodajte malo \u0161e\u0107era u prahu.<\/li>\n<li>Kada ste gotovi, poklopite posudu u kojoj je glazura jer se jako brzo su\u0161i. Ostavite je u hladnjaku na pola sata.
