Nijedan keksi\u0107 mi nije toliko bo\u017ei\u010dni kao oni. Cijela njihova izrada se pretvori u zabavu i ukra\u0161avanje. Pro\u0161le godine sam napravila malenu radionicu s Kiarom i njenim prijateljima i bilo nam je super. Mo\u017eete ih raditi i kao ukrase za bor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ja ih ve\u0107 tadicionalno kre\u0107em raditi od po\u010detka 12. mjeseca i radim ih cijelu zimu. Toliko ih volimo!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Gingerbread mo\u017eete raditi s kalupi\u0107ima koje god imate i po \u017eelji ukrasiti royal icing glazurom. Bijela royal icing glazura mi je najdra\u017ea, a pred blagdane radim i s crvenom i zelenom kako bi bo\u017ei\u010dni duh za\u017eivio potpuno na keksi\u0107ima. Od kalupi\u0107a su mi neizostavni \u010dovje\u010duljci razli\u010ditih dimenzija i sobovi, njih obo\u017eavam.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Gingerbread keksi\u0107i su poznati po svojim za\u010dinima, oni su iznimno va\u017eni za ukusne i mirisne keksi\u0107e. Sve dobro promije\u0161ajte.<\/li>\n<li>Sada dodajte maslac sobne temperature i sve dobro izradite.<\/li>\n<li>U zasebnoj posudi pomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no, sodu bikarbonu i za\u010dine za medenjake.<\/li>\n<li>Postepeno dodavajte bra\u0161no smjesi jaja, maslaca i \u0161e\u0107era uz stalno mije\u0161anje.<\/li>\n<li>Dobivrno tijesto oblikujte u dvije kugle, svaku zamotajte u prozirnu foliju i odlo\u017eite u hladnjak na najmanje tri sata kako bi se tijesto dovoljno stislo.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu ugrijte na 170 stupnjeva. Pripremite lim za pe\u010denje tako da na njega stavite papir za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto razvaljajte na lagano pobra\u0161njenoj podlozi pa utisnite kalupi\u0107e \u017eeljenih oblika. Oprezno ih prebacite na lim za pe\u010denje i pecite 7-9 minuta, odnosno dok ne porumene.<\/li>\n<li>Keksi\u0107i vam trebaju biti mekani nakon pe\u010denja. Pustite da se ohlade pa ih ukrasite royal icing glazurom (po \u017eelji).<\/li>\n<li>Keksi\u0107e spremte u metalnu kutijicu i potro\u0161ite unutar 14 dana. Gingerbread keksi\u0107i su najukusnji nakon nekoliko dana.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>NAPOMENA<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Muscovado tamni \u0161e\u0107er mo\u017eete zamijeniti obi\u010dnim sme\u0111im \u0161e\u0107erom i obrnuto.<\/li>\n<li>Med mo\u017eete zamijeniti melasom.<\/li>\n<li>Ako \u017eelite izraditi gingerbread keksi\u0107e kao dekoraciju za bor, nakon \u0161to modelirate tijesto kalupi\u0107ima, utisnite \u0161iroku slamku na gornji kut keksi\u0107a kako bi napravili rupu.<\/li>\n<li>Kada se keksi\u0107i ispeku i ohlade, ukrasite ih po \u017eelji i provucite konop\u010di\u0107 kroz rupu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dobar tek!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gingerbread keksi\u0107i su pravi mali vijesnici blagdana.
