U na\u0161oj obitelji se sprema oduvijek. Sje\u0107am se da bi bila na svim na\u0161im ro\u0111endanima i blagdanima. I uvijek bi prva nestala sa stola.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kao malena bi gledala mamu kako razvla\u010di kore na pole\u0111ini lima i onaj miris svje\u017ee pe\u010denih, toplih kora mi je bio ne\u0161to najljep\u0161e. Toliko smo voljeli ovaj kola\u010d, da bi nam ga mama kao malenima, bratu i meni (\u010ditaj meni) skrivala kako bi pojeli i ne\u0161to drugo poput ru\u010dka ili u\u017eine.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Danas, nakon \u0161to sam probala mnoge divne kola\u010de, medena pita i dalje stoji na samom vrhu omiljenih kola\u010da.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Naziv je dobila po medu koji se stavlja u kore, ne prevladava, ali joj daje posebnu aromu. Ujedno, savjetujem vam da koristite mast, ali ako ne \u017eelite, zamijenite je maslacem. Ja kore radim kao i moja mama, na starinski na\u010din nad loncem i vatrom.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jednostavno je i brzo gotovo, najbolje da odmah krenemo na recept!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" masti<\/li>\n<li>450 g bra\u0161na<\/li>\n<li>1 \u017eli\u010dica sode bikarbone<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>KREMA<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 ml mlijeka<\/li>\n<li>5 \u017elica bra\u0161na<\/li>\n<li>180 g \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n<li>1 vre\u010dica vanilin \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n<li>250 g maslaca<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u010cOKOLADNI PRELJEV<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150 g \u010dokolade za kuhanje (minimalno s 60% udjela kakaa)<\/li>\n<li>150 ml vrhnja za \u0161lag<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>PRIPREMA<\/h5>\n<p>KORE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu ugrijte na 160 stupnjeva.<\/li>\n<li>U zdjelu stavite bra\u0161no i sodu bikarbonu.<\/li>\n<li>U posebnoj zdjeli mikserom pjenasto izradite jaja, \u0161e\u0107er i vanilin \u0161e\u0107er.<\/li>\n<li>Lonac s debljim dnom ( ja koristim onaj od 3 l), stavite na srednje jaku vatru. Uspite izmiksano jaje i \u0161e\u0107er, potom dodajte mast i med.<\/li>\n<li>Kada vam se svi sastojci zagriju (dvije minute su dovoljne) smanjite vatru na laganu pa dodaje bra\u0161no. Cijelo vrijeme mije\u0161ajte kuha\u010dom dok vam smjesa ne postane kompaktna. Ovo ide brzo, upotrijebite malo snage kako bi umije\u0161ali bra\u0161no u teku\u0107e sastojke.<\/li>\n<li>Kada je tijesto povezano maknite lonac s vatre, tijesto ostavite u njemu.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto \u0107emo valjati toplo. Padelu za pe\u010denje dimezija 35 x 22 centimetra ( neka vam budu sli\u010dne dimezije radi debljine kore) okrenite naopako pa je pobra\u0161nite.<\/li>\n<li>Odvojite 1\/3 toplog tijesta (pe\u010demo tri kore) i razvaljajte ga na pole\u0111ini padele. Tijesto se valja lagano.<\/li>\n<li>Ispecite ga tako razvaljanog (s okrenutom padelom) najvi\u0161e 7 minuta, odnosno dok vam kora ne poprimi lijepu svijetlo rumenu boju.<\/li>\n<li>Ispe\u010denu koru stavite na papir za pe\u010denje da se ohladi.<\/li>\n<li>Ponovite isti postupak s preostale dvije kore.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Dok se kore hlade, napravit \u0107emo kremu.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Bra\u0161no stavite u lonac, dodajite mu postepeno mlijeko. Cijelo vrijeme pjenja\u010dom mije\u0161ajte kako se ne bi stvorile grudice.<\/li>\n<li>Kada ste svo mlijeko usuli u bra\u0161no, smjesu stavite na srednje jaku vatru i cijelo vrijeme mije\u0161ajte.<\/li>\n<li>Kada se smjesa ukuha (za nekoliko minuta) maknite je s vatre i pustite da se ohladi.<\/li>\n<li>Maslac sobne temperature dobro izradite sa \u0161e\u0107erom i vanilin \u0161e\u0107erom, neka vam bude kremasto.<\/li>\n<li>Zatim maslacu i \u0161e\u0107eru dodajte ohla\u0111eno mlijeko i bra\u0161no.<\/li>\n<li>Gotovu kremu stavite po strani.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u010cOKOLADNA GLAZURA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u010cokoladni preljev radite netom prije slaganja kola\u010da.<\/li>\n<li>\u010cokoladu izlomite na manje kockice.<\/li>\n<li>Vrhnje za \u0161lag ugrijte do vrenja (pazite da ne zavrije).<\/li>\n<li>Vrhnje ulijte u \u010dokoladu i lagano mije\u0161ajte dok glazura ne postane kompakna i povazana.<\/li>\n<li>Neka se malo ohladi pa s glazurom prelijte kola\u010d.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>SLAGANJE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>U padelu ili na lim za pe\u010denje (ja koristim lim ve\u0107e dimenzje od kora) postavite prvu koru.<\/li>\n<li>Polovicom kreme ravnomjerno prema\u017eite donju koru. Na nju postavite drugu koru pa je lagano pritisnite kako bi se sve sjedinilo.<\/li>\n<li>Prema\u017eite je drugom polovicom kreme.<\/li>\n<li>Postavite zadnju (tre\u0107u) koru i nju tako\u0111er lagano utisnite rukama.<\/li>\n<li>Zadnju koru prelijte glazurom.<\/li>\n<li>Kola\u010d ohladite i ostavite da odstoji preko no\u0107i, a potom ga iskidajte u \u017eeljene oblike.
