Ovu namirnicu, bez la\u017enog sjaja mo\u017eemo postaviti na sami tron gastronomije.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sigurno ste \u010duli barem za jednu od poznatih izreka: Trbuhom za kruhom, Kruh sa sedam kora, Kruha i igara, Dobar kao kruh itd. Nijedna namirnica se ne spominje toliko koliko kruh i nijedna nije nahranila vi\u0161e usta od nje. I to od pamtivjka.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pekarstvo je grana gastronomije koja me jako privla\u010di i sigurna sam da \u0107u joj se u budu\u0107nosti posvetiti intenzivnije.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>U po\u010detku mojih &#8220;kulinarskih vratolomija&#8221; doma\u0107i pe\u010deni kruh je bio samo onaj koji bi ispekla moja baka. Djelovalo mi je te\u0161ko i komlicirano. No, kada sam se jednom uhvatila u ko\u0161tac s njim, vi\u0161e nije bilo povratka. Doma\u0107i kruh je najbolja stvar koju mo\u017eete pripremiti, vjerujte mi!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Prvi kruh sam pekla dok jo\u0161 uvijek nisam\u00a0 dobro baratala s tijestima, radila sam onaj koji se ne treba mijesiti. Kruh sam radila od heljdinog i tamnog p\u0161eni\u010dnog bra\u0161na. Orasi se savr\u0161eno nadovezuju i kruh je toliko bogat okusima da je dovoljan sam po sebi. Meni je predivan. Promije\u0161ajte drvenom kuhinjskom \u017elicom.<\/li>\n<li>Ugijte vodu da bude mlaka, ne vrela i dodajte joj mlijeko. Smjesu vode i mlijeka polako dolijevajte bra\u0161nu. Cijelo vrijeme mije\u0161ajte drvenom kuha\u010dom.<\/li>\n<li>Kada ste dodali svu teku\u010dinu, dodajte orase i nastavite raditi tijesto drvenom kuha\u010dom.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto \u0107e biti ljepljivo, \u0161to je u redu zbog heljdinog bra\u0161na. Malo ga pobra\u0161nitr ali nemojte pretjerivati.<\/li>\n<li>Ja ga volim pred kraj umijesiti rukom (dovoljno je minutu, dvije).<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto oblikujte u kuglu i prebacite u pobra\u0161njenu \u010distu posudu. Pokrijte ga i ostavite na toplom dok se ne udvostru\u010di, najmanje 1 sat.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu upalite na 220 stupnjeva. Na lim za pe\u010denje postavite papir za pe\u010denje. Na dno pe\u0107nice postavite padelu (srednje veli\u010dine ako imate) &#8211; u nju \u0107ete uliti vrelu vodu kada kruh stavite pe\u0107i. na ovaj na\u010din \u0107ete stvoriti paru koja pogoduje pe\u010denju kruha i postizanju hrskave korice. Dovoljno vam je oko\u00a0 l vrele vode.<\/li>\n<li>Nakon sat vremena tijesto kratko premijesite na lagano pobra\u0161njenoj podlozi pa ga oblikujte u \u017eeljeni oblik. Ja ga oblikujem u poga\u010du.<\/li>\n<li>Kruh prebacite na lim za pe\u010denje oblo\u017een papirom za pe\u010denje i pecite 35-40 minuta, odnosno dok ne vidite da je kruh dobio lijepu rumenu koricu na vrhu.<\/li>\n<li>Ispe\u010deni kruh omotajte u kuhinjsku krpu dok se ne ohladi.<\/li>\n<li>Kruh spremite u prozirnu foliju, a ljeti ga dr\u017eite u hladnjaku. Ovako spremljen vam mo\u017ee izdr\u0111ati i do 7 dana.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>TIPS &amp; TRICKS<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Crno p\u0161eni\u010dno bra\u0161no mo\u017eete zamijeniti bijelim, polubljelim ili bra\u0161nom od pira u jednakim omjerima kao u receptu.<\/li>\n<li>Orase mo\u017eete izostaviti iz recepta.<\/li>\n<li>Ako vam se \u010dini pregusta smjesa, dodajte joj malo teku\u0107ine.
