Za razliku od p\u0161enice, pirovo bra\u0161no sadr\u017ei manje glutena te je bogato vlaknima i mineralima. Ujedno, pir ima manje kalorija, a vi\u0161e proteina od p\u0161enice. Mo\u017eete ga koristiti zasebno ili u kombinaciji s drugim vrstama bra\u0161na.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Recept za ovaj kruh je toliko jednostavan i brz, nema dizanja, \u010dekanja ni mijesenja. Sve sastojke pove\u017eete u smjesu i ispe\u010dete. Toliko jednostavno!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Okus ovog kruha me oborio s nogu i iskreno, pitam se kako za njega nisam saznala prije. Ovo je otkri\u0107e, vjerujte mi!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Znate kako dalmatinske obitelji dijele hranu, to nam je, vjerujem u krvi. Tako sam ja dobila komad ovog kruha od svoje nevjeste, a ona ga je dobila od svoje sestre.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pri\u010da o otkri\u0107u ovog kruha po\u010dinje u Sloveniji. Kristina (sestra moje nevjeste) je dugo bila u potrazi za savr\u0161enom \u017eitaricom i receptom za kruh koji ne\u0107e smetati alergi\u010darima, osobama osjetljivim na gluten, a da \u0107e biti hranjiv i zasitan. Mo\u017eete dodati sjemenke po va\u0161oj \u017eelji, a mo\u017eete raditi kruh i bez sjemenki, jednako je ukusan.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesa \u0107e biti malo ljepljiva, takva treba biti.<\/li>\n<li>Pripremite lim za pe\u010denje koji oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu za kruh istresite na papir za pe\u010denje, oblikujte je po va\u0161oj \u017eelji. Kruh mo\u017eete pe\u0107i i u kalupu za kruh.<\/li>\n<li>Kruh pecite 30 minuta na 200 stupnjeva pa smanjite pe\u0107nicu na 180 stupnjeva i pecite jo\u0161 20 minuta. Zna\u010di, ukupno se treba pe\u0107i 50 minuta.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u010deni kruh zamotajte u kuhinjsku krpu dok se ne ohladi.<\/li>\n<li>Ohla\u0111eni kruh dr\u017eite u najlonskoj vre\u010dici, a ljeti u hladnjaku.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>TIPS &amp; TRICKS<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Pirovo bra\u0161no ima manji udio glutena od p\u0161eni\u010dnog pa ga je dovoljno mijesiti nekoliko minuta.
