Oni su jedni od starih, tradicionalnih recepata koji se pripremaju nara\u0161tajima. Originalni recepti za \u0161ape sadr\u017ee svinjsku mast koju mo\u017eete zamijeniti maslacem, iako bi vam savjetovala da probate s masti.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Za izradu \u0161apa od oraha vam trebaju metalni kalupi\u0107i. Postoje razne vrste, ja imam kalupi\u0107e za \u0161ape i orahe i obje vrste koristim u ovom receptu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u0160ape su kola\u010d koji se topi u ustima, ako ste ga probali onda znate o \u010demu govorim. Recept koji imam za \u0161ape je jedan od najboljih koje sam probala, ako ih napravite vidjet \u0107ete. Dodajte im jaja i mast pa zamijesite tijesto.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto je prhko, u po\u010detku \u0107e se mrviti ali \u0107e se mije\u0161anjem masti i jaja lijepo povezati i sjediniti.<\/li>\n<li>Kada ste umijesili tijesto, zamotajte ga u prozirnu foliju i spremite u hladnjak na pola sata, sat vremena.<\/li>\n<li>Sada \u0107emo pripremiti kalupi\u0107e za \u0161ape. Od ove doze \u0107ete dobiti dosta \u0161apica, ja ih pe\u010dem u tri ture.<\/li>\n<li>Svaki kalupi\u0107 je potrebno namastiti i posuti bra\u0161nom kako se tijesto ne bi zalijepilo. Neka vam kalupi budu suhi (pobra\u0161njeni), ovo je va\u017ean korak.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu ugrijte na 180 stupnjeva.<\/li>\n<li>Nakon pola sata tijesto izvadite iz hladnjaka, odlomite komadi\u0107 pa ga utisnite u kalupi\u0107. Lagano ga pritisnite rukom kako bi kola\u010d poprimio oblik kalupa.<\/li>\n<li>Na limu za pe\u010denje slo\u017eite kalupi\u0107e (meni stane 20 \u0161apa) pa ih pecite 17-20 minuta. Du\u017eina pe\u010denja ovisi o ja\u010dini va\u0161e pe\u0107ice, vodite se time da \u0161ape trebaju poprimiti laganu rumenu boju, ali da i dalje trebaju ostati svijetle.<\/li>\n<li>Jo\u0161 tople \u0161ape trebate izvaditi iz kalupi\u0107a, pripazite da ih oprezno vadite jer su metalni kalupi\u0107i topli. \u0160ape bi trebale lagano iza\u0107i iz kalupa, poslu\u017eite se no\u017ei\u0107em prilikom va\u0111enja. Ako vam se \u0161ape ohlade u kalupu, vrlo vjerovatno \u0107e se mrviti prilikom odvajanja.<\/li>\n<li>Tek izva\u0111ene i tople \u0161ape uvaljate u \u0161e\u0107er u prahu.
