Ako volite mediteransku hranu i umake, onda je ona neizostavan dio va\u0161e kuhinje.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ja bi je mogla jesti svaki dan i nikada mi ne bi dosadila. Tjestenina je moj prvi odabir, uvijek.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Doma\u0107a tjestenina je toliko bogata okusom da me odu\u0161evi svakim zalogajem. Razlika je velika i ako niste dosada, svakako napravite svoju tjesteninu. Sigurna sam da \u0107e vam biti neizostavna u mnogim jelima.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Za izradu tjestenine bi bilo dobro da imate stroj za izradu, ali mo\u017eete i bez njega. Ja koristim stoj za razvla\u010denje tijesta, imam onaj\u00a0manji koji sam platila cca 150 kn i super mi je. Mo\u017eete ga na\u0107i u svim ve\u0107im trgova\u010dkim lancima. Sa strojem dobijete i najmanje dva nastavka, onaj za tanje i malo deblje rezance, \u0161to je sasvim dovoljno ako ne \u017eelite izra\u0111ivati razli\u010dite vrste.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kad smo kod vrsta, izbor je uistinu raznolik. Tjesteninu je najbolje odabrati po tome za \u0161to je koristite i koju vrstu osobno volite. Danas sam napravila 8 razli\u010ditih oblika kako bi vam obuhvatila tjesteninu za juhu, \u0161al\u0161e i umake kao i za pesta. Ujedno, ovo su i moje omiljene tjestenine.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tjesteninu mo\u017eete su\u0161iti ili zamrznuti kako bi je o\u010duvali za budu\u0107e kori\u0161tenje. Pravilo kod izrade je\u00a0vrlo jednostavno. Na 100 g bra\u0161na ide 1 jaje.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tako\u0111er, ja se vodim porcijama da je 100 g bra\u0161na + 1 jaje za jednu osobu, stoga, ako radim tjesteninu za 6 osoba, koristim 600 g bra\u0161na i 6 jaja. Osim bra\u0161na i jaja potrebno vam je samo malo soli. soli<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>PRIPREMA<\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Bra\u0161no stavite na radnu podlogu, napravite rupu u sredini pa u nju stavite jaja. Dodajte sol.<\/li>\n<li>Vilicom lagano mije\u0161ajte jaja i dodajite im bra\u0161no s untarnjeg ruba bra\u0161na.<\/li>\n<li>Cijelo vrijeme mije\u0161ajte i dodajite bra\u0161no s ruba, pazite pritom da vam jaja ne iscure.<\/li>\n<li>Kada ste dodali dovoljno bra\u0161na i smjesa je komaptnije, po\u010dnite mijesiti rukama.<\/li>\n<li>U po\u010detku \u0107e tijesto biti kruto. Mijesite ga rukama i &#8220;kupite&#8221;\u00a0vi\u0161ak bra\u0161na na radnoj podlozi.<\/li>\n<li>Kada ste &#8220;pokupili&#8221; svo bra\u0161no i umijesili tijesto, oblikujte ga u kuglu.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto prekrijte prozirnom folijom i stavite u hladnjak na pola sata.<\/li>\n<li>Nakon pola sata izvadite tijesto iz hladnjaka. Dobro pobra\u0161nite radnu podlogu. Za neke vrste se tijesto treba razvaljati dok za neke nema potrebe.<\/li>\n<li>Ako trebate razvaljati tijesto, a\u00a0nemate stroj za izradu tijesta, tijesto podijelite na tri dijela. Svaki dio razvaljajte na \u0161to tanje i dobro pobra\u0161nite.<\/li>\n<li>Ako imate stroj za izradu tijesta, tijesto podijelite na 6 komada. Svaki komad pobra\u0161nite. Prozirnom folijom prekrijte komade koje ne koristite.<\/li>\n<li>Komad tijesta pritisnite rukama pa ga provucite kroz\u00a0stroj namje\u0161ten na broj 1 (naj\u0161iri razmak). Ja uvijek provla\u010dim dva puta kroz jedan broj, vi ne morate, ja sam ovako nau\u010dila.<\/li>\n<li>Zatim stroj namjestite na broj dva pa provucite tijesto dva puta. Ovo ponavljate sve dok ne do\u0111ete do zadnjeg broja, odnosno do broja 9, on je najtanji na stroju za izradu tjestenine.<\/li>\n<li>Dobiveni komad tijesta pobra\u0161nite. Svaki komad pobra\u0161nite.<\/li>\n<li>Ja radim 12 listova. Tri lista su mi potrebna da prekriju padelu. Rolajte rubove sve dok ne do\u0111ete do kraja, odnosno dok se ne spoje na sredini.<\/li>\n<li>O\u0161trim no\u017eem kidajte tanke komade. No\u017eem ili prstom (ja koristim ruke), provucite ispod sredine (tamo gdje se spajaju rubovi) pa podignite tjesteninu i lagano proteresite. Ja radim rezance \u0161irine 1 i 1,5 centimetar. No\u017eem ili prstom provucite ispod sredine (tamo gdje se spajaju rubovi) pa podignite tjesteninu i lagano proteresite. Trebala bi se lagano razdvojiti. Rolajte rubove sve dok ne do\u0111ete do kraja, odnosno dok se ne spoje na sredini.<\/li>\n<li>O\u0161trim no\u017eem kidajte komade \u0161irine 2 centimetra.\u00a0No\u017eem ili prstom provucite ispod sredine (tamo gdje se spajaju rubovi) pa podignite tjesteninu i lagano proteresite. Svaku traku tijesta pobra\u0161nite pa lagano zarolajte oko prsta. Slo\u017eite je tako da izgleda kao valjak. Svaku traku tijesta pobra\u0161nite i iskidajte na listove \u0161irine 3 centimetra.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Kada ste dobili komad tijesta dimenzija cca 3 x 3 centimeta, pobra\u0161nite ga pa prstima stisnite gornji i donji rub po sredini ruba. Zatim rubove spojite u sredini komada tijesta. Sada uzmite kuhinjski no\u017e, okrenite ga pod kutem od 45 stupnjeva i povucite do kraja tjestenine. Jednom rukom vucite, a drugom pridr\u017eavajte no\u017e. Ovo me podsje\u0107a na struganje.<\/li>\n<li>Tjestenina bi se trebala lagano zarolati. Ako vam komadi ne ispadnu savr\u0161eno lijepi, ne brinite, iznimno su ukusni , pogotovo u umacima.
