Izvana su hrskavi, a iznutra mekani i pre ukusni. Ono \u0161to volim kod njih je to da su relativno brzo gotovi, pa kad ih se za\u017eelimo ili nam gosti dolaze, za tren su spremni.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ja ih poslu\u017eujem uz sve, doslovno! Nare\u017eite malo sira i stavite koju maslinu na stol, poslu\u017eite ih uz razne dip-ove, namaze i sli\u010dno. Mo\u017eete ih, tako\u0111er jesti same. Ni\u0161ta im ne fali, vjerujte mi. Ja sam ih poslu\u017eila s <a href=\"http:\/\/bakeme.com.hr\/namaz-od-cvaraka\/\"><span style=\"color: #ffcc00;\">namazom od \u010dvaraka<\/span>,<\/a> kombinacija mi je super!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Od svih recepata za perece, ovo mi je definitivno najbolji koji sam probala. Promje\u0161ajte sastojske.<\/li>\n<li>Vodu i mlijeko ugrijte tako da budu mlaki pa ih dodajte bra\u0161nu.<\/li>\n<li>Rukom, drvenom kuha\u010dom ili nastavkom za tijesto pove\u017eite tijesto u kompaktnu smjesu.<\/li>\n<li>Pobra\u0161nite radnu podlogu pa tijesto prebacite na nju i zamijesite ga. Ako vam se lijepi, dodajte malo bra\u0161na.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto formirajte u kuglu, odlo\u017eite ga u \u010distu zdjelu i pokrijte kuhinjskom krpom. Neka vam tako odstoji sat vremena, odnosno dok se ne udvostru\u010di.<\/li>\n<li>Za to vrijeme pripremite dva lima za pe\u010denje, na svaki stavite papir za pe\u010denje. Zatim pe\u0107nicu ugrijte na 220 stupnjeva.<\/li>\n<li>Ugrijte 300 mililitara vode za kupku, dodajte joj 2 \u017eli\u010dice sode bikarbone, dobro promije\u0161ajte kako bi se soda otopila pa pustite da se malo ohladi. Kupka treba biti topla, ne vru\u0107a. Vodu i sodu prebacite u pleh ili vatrostalnu zdjelu.<\/li>\n<li>Maslac za premazivanje rastopite na vatri pa stavite po strani kako bi vam se malo ohladio.<\/li>\n<li>Kada se tijesto udvostru\u010dilo, prebacite ga na pobra\u0161njenu radnu podlogu, kratko ga premijesite pa ga iskidajte na 8 jednakih dijelova.<\/li>\n<li>Svaki dio bi vam trebao te\u017eiti otprilike 70 grama.<\/li>\n<li>Uzmite jedan komad tijesta, razvucite ga na du\u017einu 50-60 cm tako da rukama tijesto rolate gore &#8211; dolje po radnoj plohi. Kako se tijesto bude rolalo, tako ruke lagano razdvajate prema krajevima. Najlak\u0161e \u0107ete razvu\u0107i tijesto ako su vam ruke vla\u017ene (ne mokre).<\/li>\n<li>Razvu\u010deno tijesto stavite u oblik slova U, dva puta zarolajte vrhove \u00a0(imate prikaz na slici) pa ih prebacite kako bi dobili oblik pereca.<\/li>\n<li>Formirani perec stavite u kupku od vode i sode (cijeli treba biti u vodi). Kada ga pomi\u010dete, primite ga za dio na kojem su vrhovi spojeni kako se ne bi razdvojili.<\/li>\n<li>Neka vam bude u vodi 2 minute. Zatim ga oprezno prebacite na lim za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Slo\u017eite 4 pereca na jedan lim, napravite razmak izme\u0111u svakoga jer \u0107e u pe\u010denju narasti. Pospite ih krupnom morskom soli pa ih stavite pe\u0107i.<\/li>\n<li>Perece pecite 7- 8 minuta na 220 stupnjeva, odnosno dok ne poprime lijepu zlatno &#8211; sme\u0111u boju.<\/li>\n<li>Tek ispe\u010dene perece prema\u017eite rastopljenim maslacem i pustite da se malo ohlade prije poslu\u017eivanja.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dobar tek!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ako volite peciva tada \u0107e vam ovi pereci biti na listi omiljenih.
