Radila ih je moja prabaka, moja baka i njene sestre te naposlijetku moja mama.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Naziv su dobili po oblikovanju tijesta u \u0161truce, odnosno valjak. Od ove doze se oblikuju 4 \u0161truce i na kraju vam iza\u0111e dosta keksi\u0107a. Originalni recept sadr\u017ei svinjsku mast koju mo\u017eete zamijeniti maslacem, iako vam savjetujem da radije koristite mast. Ona daje posebnu prhkost keksi\u0107ima, jednostavno su ukusniji.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Uz ove keksi\u0107e sam odrasla, \u010dim bi kutijica bila pri kraju, baka bi zamijesila i ispekla nove.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jako volim pe\u0107i keksi\u0107e, ako to niste primjetili dosad, sigurno ho\u0107ete. Vjerujem da sam to naslijedila od bake i mame, kod nas se uvijek ne\u0161to peklo. Mo\u017eete ih usitniti no\u017eem ili u sjeckalici ( samo par puta propulsirajte).<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu upalite na 165 stupnjeva. Na lim za pe\u010denje postavite papir za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Bra\u0161no prosijte i stavite u zdjelu. Dodajte mu pra\u0161ak za pecivo, vanilin \u0161e\u0107er, \u0161e\u0107er i koricu limuna. Promije\u0161ajte suhe sastojke. Dodajte im usitnjene bademe.<\/li>\n<li>Napravite udubinu u smjesi suhih sastojaka, zatim dodajte jaja i mast.<\/li>\n<li>Zamijesite tijesto.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto \u0107e biti malo ljepljivo, to je u redu.<\/li>\n<li>Prebacite ga na pobra\u0161njenu podlogu pa ga razdijelite na 4 jednaka dijela.<\/li>\n<li>Svaki dio rukama oblikujte u \u0161trucu. To \u0107ete napraviti tako da ruke stavite jednu do druge, lagano rolajte tijesto gore- dole po pobra\u0161njenoj podlozi. Ruke polako razdvajajte (pomi\u010dite prema krajevima), na taj na\u010din \u0107e se i tijesto razvla\u010diti do \u017eeljene du\u017eine.<\/li>\n<li>\u0160truce prebacite na pripremljeni lim za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Pecite 35 min na 165 stupnjeva ili dok vam \u0161truce ne poprime lijepu rumenu boju.<\/li>\n<li>\u0160truce kidajte tople.<\/li>\n<li>spremite ih u zatvorenu kutijicu.
