Omiljeno slatko vo\u0107e sa\u010duvano u staklenci. Ne znam kako vi, ali ja d\u017eemove koristim u svemu. Od namaza na kruhu, punjenja za pala\u010dinke, kola\u010de, u tortama, krafnama i sl.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kada radite svoju zimnicu, onda je to poseban osje\u0107aj. Osim \u0161to znate \u0161to se nalazi u va\u0161oj staklenci, jedete svojih ruku djelo. Mene taj dio najvi\u0161e razveseli.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ako niste radili d\u017eemove dosada, mo\u017eete pomisliti kako je ovo neuredan, dugotrajan i zahtjevan posao. Sve ovo je bio moj sinonim za rije\u010d &#8211; doma\u0107a zimnica. Onda sam se uvjerila u suprotno. I cijeli proces me potpuno oborio s nogu. Sada u\u017eivam pripremati doma\u0107e d\u017eemove, marmelade i pekmeze. Doslovno u\u017eivam!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u0160ljive tradicionalno spremam u pe\u0107nici, po starinskom receptu koji imam. Toliko je jednostavan da je \u0161teta ne napaviti ga dok jo\u0161 ima \u0161ljiva. Jer, d\u017eem od \u0161ljiva je jedan od najomiljenijih d\u017eemova ikada! Ovo je \u010dak potvrdilo jedno istra\u017eivanje. Mislim da je moj otac bio u njemu (on je najve\u0107i fan d\u017eema od \u0161ljiva na svijetu, vjerujte mi!). Zezam se, nije sudjelovao u istra\u017eivanju, ali istra\u017eivanje je napravljeno. Iskidajte ih na \u010detvrtine. \u0160ljive posu\u0161ite.<\/li>\n<li>Na lim za pe\u010denje rasporedite \u0161ljive. Dodajte im jabu\u010dni ocat. Pomije\u0161ajte \u0161e\u0107er i vanilin \u0161e\u0107er pa ih ravnomjerno pospite po \u0161ljivama.<\/li>\n<li>Stavite u pe\u0107nicu. Nakon pola sata promije\u0161ajte. Pri kraju pe\u010denja \u0107ete trebati \u010de\u0161\u0107e mije\u0161ati.<\/li>\n<li>D\u017eem je gotov kada sva teku\u0107ina ishlapi i kada \u0161ljive poprime karakteristi\u010dnu tamnu boju.<\/li>\n<li>Trebat \u0107e vam otprilike 1,5 &#8211; 2 sata.<\/li>\n<li>Gotovi d\u017eem uspite u sterilizirane staklenke i pohranite na tamno i suho mjesto.<\/li>\n<li>Ovako pripremljen d\u017eem vam mo\u017ee trajati cijelu zimu.<\/li>\n<li>Kada otvorite staklenku, spremite je u hladnjak i potro\u0161ite je unatar nekoliko dana.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>TIPS &amp; TRICKS<\/h5>\n<p>KAKO STERILIZIRATI STAKLENKE?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>D\u017eem od \u0161ljiva je potrebno spremiti u sterilizirane, tople staklenke. Staklenke sterilizirajte tako da pe\u0107nicu ugrijete na 110-115 stupnjeva pa je ugasite. Oprane staklenke stavite u ugrijanu i uga\u0161enu pe\u0107nicu na 15 minuta. Odmah sipajte vru\u0107i d\u017eem u jo\u0161 tople staklenke.<\/li>\n<li>Staklenke zatvorite te ih okrenite naopako na par minuta, okrenite ih potom na pravu stranu i ostavite u toploj pe\u0107nici dok se potpuno ne ohlade.
