Dugo sam se susretala sa zapakiranim komadima kandiranog vo\u0107a po trgova\u010dkim centrima. Nikad se nisam vodila \u017eeljom da ga sama napravim. Proces mi je djelovao dug i kompliciran.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Listaju\u0107i fotografije slastica \u010desto bi nai\u0161la na prekrasne dekoracije koje su uklju\u010divale kandirane naran\u010de ili limune. Uvijek bi zastala na tim fotografijama, ba\u0161 su me privla\u010dile.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jednom smo imali goste i odlu\u010dila sam napraviti \u010dokoladnu tortu s naran\u010dom. Idealno vrijeme da se uhvatim u ko\u0161tac s kandiranjem vo\u0107a. I znate \u0161to? Nije mi jasno za\u0161to sam \u010dekla svo to vrijeme? Stvarno!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kandirane fete citrusnog vo\u0107a (po va\u0161em izboru) oduzimaju samo malo truda i va\u0161eg vremena. Jako su jednostavne za pripremu a kombinacija s njima imate na pretek.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Osim kao dekoracija na tortama ili kola\u010dima, divan su poklon, posebno za vrijeme blagdana. Fete (kri\u0161ke) naran\u010de jednim dijelom umo\u010dite u \u010dokoladu i pustite da se ohladi. Spremite ih u celofansku vre\u0107icu koju zave\u017eete konop\u010di\u0107em uz prigodnu poruku. Ili ih poslu\u017eite kao grickalice uz kavu ili \u010daj.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ja sam kandirala naran\u010du, crveni grejp, limetu i limun. Svako vo\u0107e sam kandirala u posebnoj posudi \u010diji sam sirup koristila za dvije ture. Omjere vam pi\u0161em za jednu vrstu vo\u0107a. Vi je prilagodite va\u0161im \u017eeljama. Kada se \u0161e\u0107er otopi smanjite vatru (neka bude srednje jaka).<\/li>\n<li>Naran\u010de iskidajte o\u0161trim no\u017eem na \u0161to tanje fete (kri\u0161ke), 1-2 milimetra debljine.<\/li>\n<li>Fete naran\u010de stavite u sirup od vode i \u0161e\u0107era u jednom sloju. Neka vam fete ne prelaze i ne pokrivaju druge fete. Ostavite dovoljno mjesta u loncu.<\/li>\n<li>Kuhajte ih to\u010dno 20 minuta.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu ugrijte na 115 stupnjeva.<\/li>\n<li>Pripremite lim za pe\u010denje na koji ste postavili papir za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Fete pa\u017eljivo izvadite na papir za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Pecite (su\u0161ite) ih u pe\u0107nici 40 minuta.<\/li>\n<li>Izvadite ih iz pe\u010dnice i ostavite na sobnoj temperaturi da se potpuno ohlade.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>TIPS &amp; TRICKS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sirup (voda i \u0161e\u0107er) koristite za najvi\u0161e dvije ture kandiranja. Nakon toga je potrebno promijeniti vodu i dodati joj novi \u0161e\u0107er. Pazite da vam voda previ\u0161e ne ispari i da se \u0161e\u0107er ne zapali. Ja uvijek radim po dvije ture od 20 minuta s ovim omjerima. Na tre\u0107oj turi bi se \u0161e\u0107er previ\u0161e karamelizirao i po\u010deo goriti.<\/li>\n<li>Umjesto pe\u0107nice mo\u017eete koristiti dehidrator hrane.<\/li>\n<li>Po \u017eelji fete naran\u010de umo\u010dite u rastopljenu \u010dokoladu ( samo jedan dio) i pustite da se ohlade prije kori\u0161tenja.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kandirano vo\u0107e mi je super grickalica, ali i kao dekoracija na tortama i kola\u010dima.
