Faza kruha i peciva, faza slasti\u010darskih krema i torti, faza umaka i Azije. Ka\u017eu da se s vremenom opredijeli\u0161, ode\u0161 u odre\u0111enom smjeru. Definira\u0161 se u slasti\u010darstvu, izradi tradicionalnih recepata ili u zdravoj prehrani.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To se kod mene jo\u0161 uvijek nije dogodilo. Ne znam jel&#8217; to najbolje pripisati mojoj znati\u017eelji i ista\u017eiva\u010dkom duhu ili gastronomija u meni treba jo\u0161 sazrijeti.\u00a0Nekako, vjerujem da je u pitanju ovo prvo. Inspiracija koja me pokre\u0107e je u svemu oko mene, dok god je tako i moja kuhinja \u0107e biti u svemu. I slatkom i slanom.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Iz jedne od faza prou\u010davanja ameri\u010dkih kuhara i njihovih keksi\u0107a za sve prigode, iza\u0161ao je ovaj recept za kikiriki keksi\u0107e. Ovakvih recepata ima jako puno i svi su sli\u010dni, no ponekad i mala razlika \u010dini \u010duda u teksturi i okusu. Ovo su moje idealne mjere, provjerene mnogo puta. Jedan od dra\u017eih poklona na\u0161im prijateljima su kutijice s doma\u0107im keksima. Ovo su jedni od omiljenih.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Probajte i vi. Za poklon ili za va\u0161 stol. Ostavite po strani.<\/li>\n<li>U zasebnoj posudi miksajte maslac od kikirikija, maslac i oba \u0161e\u0107era. Miksajte dok vam smjesa ne postane kremasta.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte jaje i ekstrakt vanilije pa nastavite kratko miksati.<\/li>\n<li>Sada polako sipajte bra\u0161no pomije\u0161ano s pra\u0161kom, sodom i soli. Cijelo vrijeme miksajte.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesa \u0107e vam biti mrvi\u010dasta, to je u redu.<\/li>\n<li>Lim za pe\u010denje oblo\u017eiti papirom za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Odvojite po 45 g tijesta za svaki keksi\u0107. Lopticu tijesta oblikujte rukama u \u017eeljeni izgled.<\/li>\n<li>Keksi\u0107e poslo\u017eite na lim za pe\u010denje pa ih dodatno pritisnite vilicom u oblik kri\u017ea.<\/li>\n<li>Pecite ih 13-15 minuta ili dok keksi\u0107i lagano ne porumene.<\/li>\n<li>Od ove doze \u0107e vam iza\u0107i 15 keksi\u0107a.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>TIPS &amp; TRICKS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Neka vam svi sastojci budu sobne temperature. Posebno obratite pa\u017enju na maslac i jaje.<\/li>\n<li>Maslac od kikirikija mo\u017ee biti s komadi\u0107ima kikirikija ili bez. Ja uvijek koristim onaj s komadi\u0107ima jer mi je ljep\u0161i okus keksi\u0107a.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Keksi\u0107i vam trebaju samo malo porumeniti, pazite da ih ne prepe\u010dete.<\/li>\n<li>Keksi\u0107i \u0107e nakon \u0161to ih ispe\u010dete biti mekani. Hla\u0111enjem \u0107e se stvrdnuti.<\/li>\n<li>Ako \u0107ete raditi manje keksi\u0107e pecite ih manje minuta od napisanog. Primjerice, za keksi\u0107e te\u017eine 30 g je dovoljno 7-8 minuta.<\/li>\n<li>Keksi\u0107e mo\u017eete umo\u010diti u rastopljenu \u010dokoladu i takve poslu\u017eiti.<\/li>\n<li>Keksi\u0107i su jednako ukusni i mekani i narednih 10-ak dana.
