Ostavite u hladnjaku na dva sata (mo\u017eete i preko no\u0107i).<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu ugrijte na 180 stupnjeva.<\/li>\n<li>Kru\u0161ke operite i iskidajte na kockice. Stavite ih u vatrostalnu posudu, pospite sme\u0111im \u0161e\u0107erom, cimetom i polijte sa vodom.<\/li>\n<li>Vatrostalnu posudu s kru\u0161kama stavite u pe\u0107nicu pa ih pecite 20 minuta, izvadite iz pe\u0107nice i pustite da se ohlade.<\/li>\n<li>Ohla\u0111ene kru\u0161ke smiksajte u blenderu.<\/li>\n<li>Na dno zdjelice za poslu\u017eivanje stavite pire od pe\u010dene kru\u0161ke pa puding s chia sjemenkama.<\/li>\n<li>Ukrasite s cimetom ili komadi\u0107ima vo\u0107a.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>TIPS &amp; TRICKS<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Koli\u010dina je dostatna za tri porcije. Primjerice, jabuke, kru\u0161ke, breskve su mi divne kuhane ili pe\u010dene, pogotovo uz dodatak cimeta, \u0111umbira i sl. Jagode, maline, borovnice blendam sirove s medom ili agavinim sirupom. Mango, lubenicu, citruse volim zamrznuti i blendati s malo vode i meda. Omjeri su isti, razlika je samo u odabiru pripreme vo\u0107a.<\/li>\n<li>U varijanti s nekim vo\u0107em mi savr\u0161eno ide kokos. Samo bademovo mlijeko zamijenite kokosovim. Vo\u0107u dodajte malo kokosovog ulja i smanjite udio vode. Ukrasite sa kokosovim bra\u0161nom. Mango i ananas uvijek kombiniram s kokosom. Vi se igrajte vlastitim okusima.
