Ova tehnika je iznimno jednostavna, a ujedno \u0107e i najbolje o\u010duvati hranjive tvari, teksturu i boju namirnica. Idealna je za kuhanje povr\u0107a, mesa ili ribe.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kada je riba u pitanju, priznajem, najdra\u017ea mi je ona s grill-a. No, meso osli\u0107a je poprili\u010dno nje\u017ene teksture pa ga naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e pripremam upravo ovakvog, na pari.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kada pripremam ribu, tada vodu aromatiziram. Mirisi i arome preplave paru i riba poprimi jako lijepe i blage okuse mirodija.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Prilog mo\u017eete prilagoditi svje\u017eim, sezonskim namirnicama kao i va\u0161im \u017eeljama.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Po\u010detak Kiarine \u0161kolske godine za mene zna\u010di po\u010detak jeseni. Znam da ljeto jo\u0161 traje, ali meni je jesen i gotovo!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ako se pitate kakve veze ima \u0161kolska godina s osli\u0107em? E, pa nema. Ali jesen ima s bundevom. To mi je kao lonac i poklopac. Jesen i bundeva. Jel&#8217; i vama?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jasno vam je, prilog je bundeva. Jako lijepo se sla\u017ee sa svojim slatkastim okusom uz aromatiziranog osli\u0107a.\u00a0 Cijelo jelo mi je pire od boba u\u010dinio potpunim. Osim kombinacije boja, okusi mi se tako lijepo sla\u017eu. I jedan mali twist, bez kojeg mo\u017eete, ali meni je kao \u0161lag na torti &#8211; pohani listovi kadulje. Zvu\u010di \u010dudno, nejestivo i ne\u0161to \u0161to \u0107ete dobiti samo u restoranu. Ne mora biti, probajte. Meni je fantazija.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ni\u0161ta ne dominira, a sve se osjeti. Lim za pe\u010denje oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Poslo\u017eite kockice bundeve, pospite ih za\u010dinima i podlijte maslinovim uljem.<\/li>\n<li>Pecite 20-25 minuta, odnosno dok bundeva ne omek\u0161a.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Kada smo bundevu stavili pe\u0107i, kre\u0107emo s osli\u0107em. Osli\u0107 mo\u017eete sami filetirati ili kupiti gotove filete.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>U lonac stavite vodu i sve za\u010dine osim soli i papra ( zna\u010di, ru\u017emarin, timijan, per\u0161in, \u010de\u0161njak, lovor). Postavite nastavak za kuhanje na pari. Kada voda zakuha, filete osli\u0107a posolite i postavite na nastavak za paru. Prekrijte folijom ili poklopcem. Kuhajte 20-25 minuta, ovisno o veli\u010dini fileta.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Dok vam se osli\u0107 kuha na pari, a bundeva pe\u010de u pe\u0107nici, skuhajte bob.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>U posoljenoj vodi kuhajte bob dok vam ne omek\u0161a. Ja koristim zamrznuti i kuham ga 10-15 minuta.<\/li>\n<li>Na malo maslinovog ulja kratko prepr\u017eite \u010de\u0161njak pa mu dodajte ocije\u0111eni bob. Posolite i popaprite pa kratko prepr\u017eite (dvije minute najvi\u0161e) i maknite s vatre.<\/li>\n<li>Bobu dodajte 1 \u017elicu kiselog vrhnja i \u0161tapnim ga mikserom usitnite u pire.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Za kraj nam ostaju pohani listovi kadulje.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>U \u0161to hladniju vodu uspite bra\u0161no (odjednom) i naglo promje\u0161ajte.<\/li>\n<li>Ugrijte malo maslaca na tavi.<\/li>\n<li>U smjesu za pohanje umo\u010dite listove kadulje pa ih bacite na ugrijani maslac.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u017eite pola minute sa svake strane.<\/li>\n<li>Izvadite na kuhinjski papir da se posu\u0161e prije serviranja.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5>SLAGANJE<\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Na sredinu postavite pe\u010denu bundevu.<\/li>\n<li>Na nju polegnite file osli\u0107a. Popaprite ga i po potrebi dosolite.<\/li>\n<li>Na file osli\u0107a postavite pohanu kadulju.<\/li>\n<li>Sa strane izvadite pire od boba.<\/li>\n<li>Cijelo jelo pokapajte maslinovim uljem.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5>TIPS &amp; TRICKS<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Ako nemate nastavak za paru, probajte kuhati na metalnom cjedilu. Ribu postavite na \u010disto cjedilo koje je naslonjeno na lonac s kipu\u0107om vodom. Filete pokrijte folijom.<\/li>\n<li>Kod kuhanja na pari pazite da vam voda ne iskuha i da vam ne dodiruje namirnice koje se kuhaju.<\/li>\n<li>Ako nemate svje\u017ee za\u010dine, koristite su\u0161ene za aromatiziranje vode.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dobar tek!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kuhate li na pari?
