Neurednih hrskavih rubova, posuta \u0161e\u0107erom, s punjenjem koje viri iz nje i svim onim divnim mirisima. Za nju vam ne treba kalup niti se trebate brinuti oko formiranja krajeva. Jednostavna je i ba\u0161 zbog toga toliko lijepa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ne znam kako vi, ali ja u jesen jako volim miris pe\u010denog vo\u0107a, cimeta, prhkih kola\u010di\u0107a i tijesta.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nakon ljeta i u\u017eurbanog ritma, ve\u010dernjih \u0161etnji i kupanja, kre\u0107e jedna nova epoha. Dru\u017eenje u toplini doma, kuhanje, moj stol prepun boja i okusa, vo\u0161tane svije\u0107e. Svoj na svome! Jesen, pite i ja.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ova galetta mi je prekrasna. Tijesto je oboga\u0107eno <span style=\"color: #ffcc00;\"><a style=\"color: #ffcc00;\" href=\"https:\/\/letifico.hr\/online-ducan\/brasna\/bademovo-brasno-500g\/\">Letifico bra\u0161nom badema<\/a> <\/span>koje je ovu pitu upotpunilo na najbolji mogu\u0107i na\u010din. Dalo mu je jednu \u010dvrsto\u0107u i ora\u0161asti, puni okus. U kombinaciji s malinama je idealno. Dodajte prstohvat soli i \u0161e\u0107er u prahu.<\/li>\n<li>Maslac vam treba biti hladan. Iskidajte ga na listi\u0107e i dodajte bra\u0161nu.<\/li>\n<li>Umijestite bra\u0161no tako da maslac utrljavate prstima. Smjesa \u0107e postati grudi\u010dasta.<\/li>\n<li>U zasebnoj posudi vilicom izradite jaje pa ga dodajte tijestu i umijesite ga.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto prebacite na pobra\u0161njenu radnu podlogu pa ga brzim pokretima formirajte u kuglu.<\/li>\n<li>Oblo\u017eite ga prozirnom folijom i spremite u hladnjak na pola sata.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto razvaljajte u krug debljine 3-4 milimetra. Savjetujem da ga valjate na papiru za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Sada ugrijte pe\u0107nicu na 180 stupnjeva i <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">pripremite nadjev<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>U posudi pomije\u0161ajte maline, \u0161e\u0107er i \u0161krobno bra\u0161no.<\/li>\n<li>Nadjev rasporedite na sredinu tijesta, a krajeve ostavite prazne.<\/li>\n<li>Sada krajeve prebacite prema gore i tako &#8220;zatvorite&#8221; galettu. Ukoliko vam tijesto negdje pukne, slobodno ga &#8220;zakrpajte&#8221; drugim komadi\u0107em tijesta.<\/li>\n<li>Krajeve prema\u017eite razmu\u0107enim jajem i pospite listi\u0107ima badema.<\/li>\n<li>Cijelu galetu pospite \u0161e\u0107erom kako biste postigli hrskavi okus.<\/li>\n<li>Galettu pecite 30-35 minuta, odnosno dok kora ne porumeni.<\/li>\n<li>Poslu\u017eite je uz kuglicu omiljenog sladoleda ili samu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dobar tek!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jesam li vam rekla da obo\u017eavam pite?
