To je najpoznatiji Francuski sir i jedan od najve\u0107ih svjetskih sireva. Proizvodi se u pokrajini Seine-et-Marne. Karakterizira ga bijela, plemenita plijesan, jestiva kora i mekana, kremasta unutra\u0161njost.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Brie sir se stolje\u0107ima proizvodi po posebnoj recepturi. Nakon \u0161to se dobije smjesa, sir se lopaticom (<em> pelle \u00e0 brie<\/em> ) premje\u0161ta u kalupe, cijedi se i zrije nekoliko tjedana.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Zbog svoje karakteristi\u010dne meko\u0107e i posebnog okusa, savr\u0161eno se sla\u017ee s vo\u0107em i aromama badema i orasa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Zape\u010deni brie sir sa smokvama je jednostavno i brzo jelo koje \u0107e vas odu\u0161eviti okusima. U pravilu se ne skida.
