E, pa, za\u0161to je onda ne spremiti u nekoj slatkoj varijanti.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ovaj d\u017eem je kombinacija slatke raj\u010dice iza koje se razvijaju predivni za\u010dini, uz dozu \u010dilija. Vjerujte mi, ovo morate probati! Sezona raj\u010dica je pri kraju i sada je idealno vrijeme za pripremu zimnice. Odstranite im dio (kapicu) gdje je bila peteljka. \u010cili papri\u010dicu prepolovite i izvadite sjemenke.<\/li>\n<li>Prepolovljene raj\u010dice i \u010dili papri\u010dicu stavite u lonac. Dodajte im sve za\u010dine ( muscavado \u0161e\u0107er, cimet, \u0111umbir, kardamom, klin\u010di\u0107 i sok limuna).<\/li>\n<li>Kuhajte ih na jakoj vatri dok smjesa ne zakuha, a raj\u010dice puste vodu. Smanjite i nastavite kuhati na umjerenoj vatri.<\/li>\n<li>Kuhajte dok se d\u017eem ne zgusne, odnosno dok se ne reducira voda iz raj\u010dica. Ja sam kuhala 1,5 sat. Pri kraju kuhanja je potrebno \u010de\u0161\u0107e mije\u0161ati kako bi izbjegli da se d\u017eem zalijepi za dno lonca.<\/li>\n<li>D\u017eem spremite u sterilizirane staklenke i dr\u017eite ga na suhom i tamnom mjestu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>KAKO PRAVILNO POHRANITI D\u017dEM U STAKLENKE?<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Staklneke operite.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu ugrijte na 115 stupnjeva. Kada se ugrijala, ugasite je.<\/li>\n<li>Staklenke stavite u ugrijanu, uga\u0161enu pe\u0107nicu na 10-15 minuta. Ako imate koristite metalne \u010depove, stavite i njih.<\/li>\n<li>Pa\u017eljivo ih izvadite iz pe\u0107nice. Vru\u0107i d\u017eem sipajte u tek izva\u0111ene, vru\u0107e staklenke. Odmah ih zatvorite.<\/li>\n<li>Okrenite ih na par minuta naopako (vakum \u0107e se stvoriti) pa ih okrenite na pravu stranu i vratite ih u uga\u0161enu pe\u0107nicu.<\/li>\n<li>Ostavite ih nekoliko sati. Ovo se zove proces sporog hla\u0111enja.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>TIPS &amp; TRICKS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Za d\u017eem koristite zrelije raj\u010dice. Ja sam koristila sortu \u0161ljivar. Mo\u017eete koristiti i pelat. Kuhate ih s korom.<\/li>\n<li>Muscovado sme\u0111i \u0161e\u0107er mo\u017eete zamijeniti drugim sme\u0111im \u0161e\u0107erom.<\/li>\n<li>Sa za\u010dinima se mo\u017eete igrati. Ovisno o va\u0161em ukusu, nadodajte anis, kim i sl. Meni je ba\u0161 ovakav d\u017eem savr\u0161en.<\/li>\n<li>Moje \u010dili papri\u010dice su jako ljute, pa sam koristila jednu.
