Ako niste znali, krafne su jedne od mojih omiljenih poslastica, a osim mene, Grgo ih obo\u017eava.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ovaj put sam odlu\u010dila skratiti proces izrade i cijeli posao svesti na svega par minuta pripreme i pe\u010denje. Jeste li ikada koristili smjesu za fritule i njome napravili krafne? Pripremite kalup za donut krafne. Ako koristite silikonski kalup tada ga ne trebate prethodno mastiti. Ako koristite metalni tada ga namastite (udubine za krafne) tankim slojem maslaca te pospite bra\u0161nom. Bra\u0161no otresite tako da kalup okrenete naopako.<\/li>\n<li>Mje\u0161avinu za fritule uspite u posudu i dodajte \u0161e\u0107er, mlijeko i jogurt.<\/li>\n<li>Sve zajedno mije\u0161ajte elektri\u010dnom mije\u0161alicom (spiralnim nastavcima) 2 min dok ne dobijete glatko tijesto. Ako nemate mikser poslu\u017eit \u0107e i pjenja\u010da.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu ravnomjerno rasporedite u kalupe za donuts krafne s pomo\u0107u \u017elice. Ako imate slasti\u010darsku vre\u0107icu tada smjesu stavite u nju, otvorite otvor oko 2 cm te s pomo\u0107u vre\u0107ice istiskujte smjesu u kalupe (ovo je urednije i br\u017ee), ali i \u017elicom mo\u017eete odraditi cijeli postupak.<\/li>\n<li>Pecite 15-ak minuta, odnosno dok vam krafne lijepo ne narastu i porumene.<\/li>\n<li>Izvadite iz kalupa nakon par minuta, te odmah uvaljajte u \u0161e\u0107er pomije\u0161an s cimetom.<\/li>\n<li>Ako \u017eelite prelivene \u010dokoladom tada \u010dokoladu otopite na pari ili u mikrovalnoj ta je s pomo\u0107u \u017eli\u010dice nanesite na krafne rade\u0107i brze pokrete gore\/dolje.
