Ja je radim po prvi put, a Valentinovo mi se \u010dinilo kao prava prilika da je kona\u010dno i napravim.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Za biskvit sam koristila klasi\u010dan biskvit od vanilije kojem sam nadodala malo roze boje. Krema se sastoji od buttercreama i d\u017eema od malina. Za izradu torte vam treba nastavak koji u sebi ima rupice (Wilton 234) kako bi mogli posti\u0107i taj \u010dupavi efekt.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mo\u017ee vam djelovati komplicirano nano\u0161enje kreme, ali zaista nije. Pripremite dva kalupa promjera 20 centimetara. Na dno svakog kalupa postavite papir za pe\u010denje, a rubove im namastite.<\/li>\n<li>U posudu od elektri\u010dnog miksera stavite jaja, \u0161e\u0107er i ulje te ih mikserom izradite.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte pola smjese mlijeka i vrhnja uz miksanje srednje jakom brzinom. Dodajte bra\u0161no pomije\u0161ano s pra\u0161kom za pecivo i sol te preostalo mlijeko i vrhnje.<\/li>\n<li>Sve pove\u017eite \u0161patulom ili mikserom na laganoj brzini.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu ravnomjerno podijelite u oba kalupa.<\/li>\n<li>Biskvite pecite 25 \u2013 30 minuta, odnosno dok vam \u010da\u010dkalica zabodena u sredinu biskvita ne iza\u0111e suha.<\/li>\n<li>Biskvite ostavite 10-ak minuta u kalupima, a potom ih prebacite na re\u0161etku dok se potpuno ne ohlade.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>SWISS MERINGUE BUTTERCREAM<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Bjelanjke i \u0161e\u0107er stavite u posudu od elektri\u010dnog miksera ili drugu duboku posudu. Kuhajte na pari uz stalno mije\u0161anje pjenja\u010dom sve dok vam se \u0161e\u0107er ne otopi. Za ovaj korak \u0107e vam trebati nekoliko minuta.<\/li>\n<li>Posudu maknite s pare, obri\u0161ite dno te miksajte na srednjoj brzini dok ne postignete sjajnu meringue, a posuda vam bude hladna na dodir. Za ovaj korak \u0107e vam trebati 5 -8 minuta. Dodajte maslac sobne temperature koji ste prethodno iskidali na kockice pa miksajte dok krema ne postane \u010dvrsta i kompaktna. Ako vam je maslac previ\u0161e mekan tada vam se krema mo\u017ee grudati, nastavite miksati dok ne postignete kompaktnu kremu.<\/li>\n<li>Odvojite 7 \u017elica kreme.<\/li>\n<li>Preostaloj kremi dodajte kapljicu boje u gelu (ja sam koristila Fractal boju u gelu, boja Pink). Odvojite tre\u0107inu kremu i stavite je u slasti\u010darsku vre\u0107icu s nastavkom Wilton 234. Preostaloj kremi dodaje jo\u0161 malo boje u gelu kako bi dobili malo ja\u010de rozu nijansu. Pazite da boju dobro izradite mikserom kako bi se krema ujedna\u010deno obojila.<\/li>\n<li>Odvojite polovicu te kreme i stavite u slasti\u010darsku vre\u0107icu s nastavkom Wilton 234. U zadnju tre\u0107inu kreme dodajte jo\u0161 malo boje u gelu kako bi dobili intenzivnu rozu boju te i nju stavite u slasti\u010darsku vre\u0107icu s nastavkom Wilton 234.<\/li>\n<li>Kremu mo\u017eete odmah koristiti.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>SLAGANJE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Na pladanj za torte postavite prvi biskvit. Ako je neravan poravnajte ga nazubljenim no\u017eem.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte tri \u017elice kreme te je poravnajte. Na kremu postavite d\u017eem od malina.<\/li>\n<li>Preklopite s drugim biskvitom te prema\u017eite s preostalom kremom. Dovoljan je tanki sloj kreme.<\/li>\n<li>Sada krenite istiskivati kremu u boji tako da krenete od dna torte prema gore. Kombinirajte boje.<\/li>\n<li>Tortu ohladite u hladnjaku na dva sata ili preko no\u0107i.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jeste vidjeli ove \u010dupave torte do sada?
